My computer got screwed up and I had to install a new hard drive. I was stupid enough to not back up my photos, so I wanted to get them from Facebook, how do I do this?

I'm looking for Gold Standard Casein, Muscle Milk, and a good meal replacement protein. I know amazon.com and similar sites have it, as well as stores like GNC and Vitamin Warehouse, but where can I find this stuff for the cheapest.

I've got a 2004 Buick Century with hail damage, so to repair it they've got to replace some parts, meaning repainting the whole thing. Right now it's a really dull, ugly looking maroon color. In the past several years I have purchased several albums and countless songs from Itunes, and I even made sure to back them up on an external drive so I wouldn't lose them. But alas, some jerk decided to up and steal my computer, tv, xbox, etc. Including my external drive. So I have no songs at all right now. I got a new computer and downloaded Itunes, but the "purchased" section only has one song on there. I can import my personal cd's, but is there any way at all that I can recover the songs I bought on Itunes??

I'm in charge of coaching a group of soccer goalkeepers this week. I've coached groups of keepers before but only for one day, and now I have to stretch it into a week. I like this because I can focus more of their technique and getting everything right, and I've got an itinerary for what to train them in each day, so here's my problem: while I have the technical aspect of it down, I need help with some fun games for the kids to play that will enhance their training. Any ideas?

The first day-tomorrow-is going to focus on proper hand alignment when catching, as well as scooping the ball and delivering it to teammates. What's a good game that helps them work on throwing and catching the ball that is also competitive?

The next day is low dives/collapse dives and forward dives. I thought a good game might be something like keep-away, where two keepers are stuck in the middle trying to get the ball and everyone else has to try and keep it away from them. This would help with footwork for the outside players and diving for the inside players.

The next day is a refresher as well as mid-level diving and breakaways. Again, I can't really think of a good game to make them compete and still have them work on what they learned.

The fourth day is diving for high balls in the corners and coming out for crosses. I figured a good game to help when they come out is to set them in two separate lines and have two keepers fight for the same tossed ball...any other suggestions?

The final day is going to be a refresher and then a whole lot of goalie wars. This will be their reward and I remember how awesome it was when I was back in training, so this will pretty much be a day of entire fun and games.

If you have any suggestions on how to make this training any more fun I would greatly appreciate it. I have all the technical aspects down and I can train them well, I just want them to have fun too. Thanks.

I know at the end the mermaid kisses him and drags him under, which according to an earlier scene means he can breath underwater, but that doesn't take into effect the fact that he got his stomach ripped open by a sword before he set the mermaid free and went with her. I definitely don't want to keep this computer and I'm planning on getting a new one, but I don't know which one is better for its price. I'm looking for a good running shoe. I've got special insoles, so comfort and support the shoe provides doesn't matter. However, I would like a pair that is durable and light-weight. And you get extra points if the shoes are colorful/draw the eye. Thanks.
