America legalized recreational marijuana. Now everyone in the world who uses marijuana wants to go to America (illegally - because it is easier that way) just so they can use marijuana legally.

I am 51 years old. My Blood pressure averages 118 / 88.

Sometimes the Diastolic pressure goes over 90, but it averages out to around 88.

I am not over weight, I eat right, I exercise daily, I run a 8 minute mile and can run a 5 k in 30 mins.

I do not take medicine. How can I bring the Diastolic pressure down to normal with out medicine?.

I am 50 years old and my blood pressure is usually around 125/95 - 90.

is this a concern at my age?

I have been on boats and they always freeze the body and bring it onshore. There are no burials at sea, that is like littering.

If he was running the country, that would be good enough and would not have to campaign, but if he campaigns and not run the country, then he has basically stopped being president and that is bad too.

He is not doing the job of a president, some one tells him what to do. So why not just get another puppet?
