got my license last month. i'm 16 and a pretty good driver. my dad always criticizes me for braking too hard or something like that, even though he is a worse driver than i am. even my mom agrees with me. he let me drive on the highway by myself to get to somewhere before like four times, but now he won't let me drive to school which doesn't even involve the highway. he says he wants me to drive with my mom or have him drive me for at least 6 months (but we all know parents won't keep to that promise since they can never trust you until you actually go out and prove you can do it). my mom believes i'm ready to drive alone, why can't he? and plus, my school doesn't have lockers! gah! which means i have to carry all six binders (yep one for each class) all day and it's really heavy. i was hoping i could keep half of them in my car and switch it out during lunch so i don't eventually get back pain. and yes, my parents bought me a new car because they want me to be more cautious of it than drive recklessly in an old one and i have insurance. he bought me car, but won't let me use it?! please tell me how to convince my dad to let me drive to school.

my dad wants me to take it again. it says i'm in the 62nd percentile which sounds pretty bad.

i'm sophomore and i took a diagonostic sat recently and got a 1380. i didn't study so that's why. all those big top colleges require like 2200 and above apparently. i'm a smart girl and i work hard to get my straight A's, but it seems like those who don't try as hard as me got a way higher score than i did like in the 1800s without studying. so now i feel really stupid. how can i drastically improve my sat score? i know i have to study up on my vocab, i need help learning how to read faster (it's not something i can control, if i read fast, i don't seem to understand what the passages are telling me, so is there any way to improve this?), and those math problems really confuse me. math is one of my best subjects, but the way they present the question is awkward and not straight forward.

okay so this cute guy is a year older than me thinks i'm a stalker. i've never talked to him before, which i don't really care about because i heard he was conceited. i just think he's cute. whenever i see him, i look at him every once in a while, but he considers it "staring" and creepy. i don't consider myself a stalker because i don't follow him around or call or email or facebook him at all, but he thinks i am because i apparently "stare" at him. i overheard he doesn't want to be anywhere near me, which doesn't really bother me. what really bothers me is the stalker label that i want to brush off. what should i do?

okay so my school is doing swimming for PE for the rest of the year. in the past three days, i swam about 40 min. doing laps and when i get out of the pool, i have this major headache. feels like i will faint. it happens every single time i come out of the pool.

anyone know why this is happening and how i can fix it?
