Before man, there was T-Rex and Raptors and such. If God created dinosaurs, why did he make them vicious? How could there be a world of violence (dinosaurs hunting dinosaurs) before the harmony of the Garden of Eden? Surely, this isn't the nature of God. Any thoughts?

I was talking to my mom on the today when all of sudden I heard a click. The click sound of someone hanging up a telephone. I asked my mom if she was still there, and she said, "yes". It wasn't her fooling around with her phone and she lives alone. I was on my cell phone. I'm thinking someone was listening into our conversation from a third party source.

We can work on virtue with our walk with Christ, but are we not kidding ourselves that we alone can overcome sin? To say repent is easy, but what if you are always white knuckling all the time trying to overcome sin? If Jesus doesn't produce the change, what can human effort do? Isn't Christ burden suppose to be light?

Secondly, Wouldn't The Immaculate Conception be proven false because God isn't a respecter of person? Acts 10:34 In other words, why can't we all be born without the original sin like Mary the mother of Jesus was? If God made it possible for her, why not us?

I respect the Catholic faith and I'm looking for honest answers. Regardless, Mary, the mother of Jesus, is a heroine of the Bible.
