I just got done with a meeting that gets done later than normal, so I didn't realize that a school zone had started, because normally it starts a good 10 min. after the meeting. I was going 5 miles under the normal limit. What do I do? Can I get it taken off my record by taking a safety class? Can I only take the safety class once?

I already asked this question but I wasn't happy with the results.

My sister likes Zombie decks and Toon decks, the problem is that Toons are miserably outdated and she doesn't want to use zombies though because I do. What are some good decks she could get that are of that visual taste that she could start off with at a low price? If it's above $50 to just get a beginner version of the deck it's too much. She's not being competitive, just playing against me and my friend.

I was thinking monarch or harpie, any ideas?

Ok, I'm a newb at yugioh, so excuse my lack of knowledge of overall cards, although I know a lot about my deck type and gameplay.

My sister is going to start playing yugioh and I'm helping her pick a deck type, so I need some help on finding a deck type that is appealing to her that she can start using after buying about 2 structure decks or something around that price, I.E. $25.

She really likes my Zombie swarm(dark creepy stuff) but doesn't want to have a deck too much like mine as far as cards go. So I was thinking a Monarch deck, but those cards aren't creepy enough, do understand she is being picky but at the same time is willing to settle, I just want ot make sure I'm not missing anything. She REALLY REALLY likes the toon deck, but since it is old, hard to use, and just not practical since there are no new cards for it I talked her out of it.

So. the two best decks I can come up is the Monarch deck and the Harpie deck, what other choices do I have for her taste that can be started cheaply? (A type she would like is dark wing but that's not a price friendly deck)

Purpose is to take down a Spell Counter deck. Goal is to get il blud in my hand(I would have more of them, but I will have to order them later) and get him on the field to summon Pyramid Turtle, Zombie Master, and Ryu Kokki in a loop. Also, secondary goal is to use Exhausting Spell to create openings(he uses spell counters to stop cards from being destroyed) and Ever-living Under World Cannon and Card of Safe Return to inflict damage to his life points and get more cards. Imperial Iron Wall is to stop cards from being taken from play by some of his card effects, he has about 6 that have the effect to do so. My friend owns a podcast along with 3 other guys that I use to be a part of, I ended up quitting because one of the three had it out for me. Recently they made a post on their site saying they hit 10,000 downloads on one of their shows, which is a lie, they would be lucky if they got 100. I approached my friend and he didn't give a crap, so I made a post on the article saying "I love these guys, and have nothing against them, but this is a lie". That is word by word, my friend called me a day later screaming at me and insulting me.

I have a little sis, she is 13, and is one of those "interesting people" that likes anime, swords, art, rock, and a lot of weird things from japan, just like her big brother! She doesn't dress to crazy like some anime fans, she likes pac-sun, but she will wear some pretty out there stuff...
