Im 21 , i want to buy a 3 bedroom house for myself and have it completely paid off by my 27th birthday with the help of my parents. I want to know after i pay it off what else do i have to pay - what other sneaky ways does the government and corporations have to get their slimey hands on my time? ill be installing as many solar panels as permitted and 2 water tanks, i dont want to HAVE to spend money on anything accept food and fuel for my car, hope u guys can get what im trying to ask

First thing id like to say is im a full time student living by myself so costs are the most important aspects for me.

Im getting back into pc gaming and tried playing wow again because i figured since wow isnt that demanding my rig should still be able to handle it fine at 40+ fps in the most demanding scenarios like it did back in 2010.. WRONG xD , I was down at less than 3fps at the best in those scenarios lol.

My friend knew that im basically broke so he gave me a Q9400 which i oced to 3.4ghz only by increasing the fsb, and another 4GB of DDR2 1066 memory to total 8GB for free!!

I tried wow again and was so happy to go from 3fps to 35+ fps. Now the thing is i also want to play arkham knight and gta 5 when they are released on pc and also crysis 3. My friend says that my q9400 @ 3.4ghz and 8GB ram is still solid and its just my gpu that needs a change. This pc has to hold me over for the next 3 years at the max before i can even think about a new system.

So my question is - Is it worth paying $250 for a second hand 280x or should i get a R9 270 which i can get for $200 brand new

Hi i was on astrodienst looking at a chart and was able to find out that my dominant planet is mars and that is is also in the middle of a t-square between pluto and saturn. From what ive been able to gather t-squares are generally good but if the planets mars, pluto, and uranus are invovled then they can become quite difficult.

This is what the chart calculated : T-Square from Plu: 23Sco28'15" to Mar: 21Leo53'02" and Sat: 0Pis19'36"

A feral cat who ive been feeding for 4 months gave birth to 4 kittens under my house 6 weeks ago. For 5 days(which is very unusual) now im unable to find the mother and 2 of the kittens.

2 of the kittens were still under my house I was able to get them to come close with some food before i picked both of them up a brought them inside. I want to keep these 2 as pets if the mother doesnt come back. They are in a large box with blankets in a spare quiet room and i want to know when I should feed them and how to gain there trust so they know I wont hurt them??

So ive been feeding this stray cat for the past month but only for the last 4 days she has brought her kitten with her. The kitten is really cautious if me which is no surprise and the mother has gradually eased up to me. The mother cat will approach me a lot more often now on a daily basis but still is extremely cautious when shes really close to me. Im very confident that by continuing to feed them twice a day and spending lots of non-threatening time with them i will eventually be able to hold and pet them but id like get a rough idea of how long it will take. Id like them to ease up quick to i can take them to the vet and let them live inside, its winter here now and extremely cold.

for about 2 weeks ive been feeding this cute cat that ive seen in my backyard a couple of times, the first week i started to feed her she came for food twice a day and would only eat if i sat about 4 meters away, the second week until now she only comes for food once at midday, and brings her kitten but the kitten always hides in the bushes on the other side of the fence of my backyard and only appears when the cat is finished eating and goes back to the it. ive had 3 cats in the past all strays and 1 of them had kittens but all my previous cats came to me at first and rubbed against me purring, this cat will only come close to me when it sees me but doesnt meow or let me get close, the cat now only comes for food once at midday and leaves instantly only to return the next day at the same time.

Am i possibly feeding a cat that already has a home and owner?? or should i continue feed the cat and wait if so then how long do guys think i should keep feeding it before i call it quits??

I want to adopt a cat (ive had 2 cats in the past both were strays) but im scared it will try to run away instantly because i would like to have it live in my backyard.

The cat will be able to come into the house whenever it wants to but only if either me or my dad is home, and we are BOTH not home for 8-10 hours about 3-4 days a week otherwise the cat will be pretty much living inside my house. Can i successfully bring home a new cat without having to lock it inside the house for 2 weeks??

( I know this is a lot to read but I would really like to gain this cats trust and become its owner lol )

This cat has been in my backyard for the past 4 days and i wanted to try pet it but it wont let me get close.

The cat always keeps a distance when i try approach it.

Yesterday i tried feeding it and it ate a tiny amount of ham and milk in the morning in front of me from about a 3m distance, then at night i was able have it come and eat canned sardines right in front of me while i was sitting on the floor with my legs crossed putting the sardines onto a plate in front of me, it ate but was very very cautious and nervous of me, i got up and let it finish the sardines and water with me at a bit of a distance then took the pate and bowl inside.

This morning while i was kneeling down putting some tuna on a plate it very slowly came close on its own right next to me and started to eat while i was still putting the tuna on the plate, i wanted to gently pet it but every time i make any movement other than putting food on a plate or walking away from the plate the cat moves away and keeps a 2 meter distance if i try to approach it slowly.

I would really like to befriend this cat and become its owner, i think its still young because its fairly small and slim but soo cute. I want to know what to do gain the cats trust to let me pet it then i want to introduce it to a cat house outside and then eventually inside my own house.

So ive come to a cross-roads in my life where I really cant decide if actually treating a girl good is worth my time. I had the whole idea of being a MAN not a DICK was the right way to go, but it seems like all the d.icks are winning the races while im barley making it over the finishing line if you know what i mean.
