Recipe/Culinary Arts question: in a few weeks my high school is having try outs for the culinary team and I really want to impress the instructor. We have 1 hour to make two identical dishes (1 to look at and 1 to taste) and we have to use chicken breast, green beans and russet potatoes. She is a not a very good teacher and she picks favorites in class. Because she picks favorites the other students' grades suffer. She puts almost all of her assignments online. The other day a student informed her that he did not have access to the internet at home and she said that it wasnt her problem and that she wasnt going to stop posting our assignments online because one student didnt have acceess to the internet.When she "teaches" its usually a long boring powerpoint that she goes through as fast as possible so we can do the assignment that goes with it . ANYWAYS, I would just like to inform her that I am not fond of her and I would like to do this in the least rude way possible.
