I've been seeing this guy for 3 months now. He just got out of the army 2 months ago after being in for about 5 years. He served in Iraq for 28 months and has been diagnosed with PTSD. We aren't boyfriend/girlfriend because he's scared of being hurt in a relationship again, but we saw each other often and slept over. He even told me he's falling in love with me and I've hung out with his family and daughter.

Everything was great until just last week when he claimed that he "needed some space". He says he feels like he just snapped and he feels completely numb. Even around his daughter and friends. He doesn't want to see me because he's scared he'll snap around me and I'll leave him for good.

He's seeing someone this week to talk about it. But I feel so entirely helpless. I believe that his ptsd, coupled with the overwhelming anxiety of being out of the army with so many choices in front of him is the culprit behind the way he's feeling. I keep telling him that this is a phase. It will pass soon and that he will feel better. He isn't crazy, this is perfectly normal. I also try to let him know that I love him, and will be there for him no matter what.

What else can I do?? I feel so helpless to stand back and do nothing. I miss him so much.

I'm a 20 year old college student. I recently finished my associate's degree, and I'm taking a brief break until this fall when I will resume school at another college. I have a part-time job currently, but I can't get insurance through them because I don't have the hours needed to. However, I need insurance to go to a doctor and get back on birth control. (Not for contraception purposes) How do I find insurance? I have no idea what to look for or where to start.

I'm working on multiple files within Adobe Illustrator. I have CS3. Right now, each file's workspace is large and the close, minimize and maximize buttons are hidden and the top is flush with my tool bar. How can I change this so that the buttons are no longer hidden, and I can view all the files in separate windows? I want to be able to minimize some, view others and then switch?

I got nail glue on my keyboard. It still works perfectly, there are just a few little spots of glue on some keys. How can I replace just a few keys? I also need a surround as mine is cracked from closing it too hard. (The part that surrounds the keys and trackpad)

Can I take it to a Mac store? Will they replace it? Or should I buy the parts and do it myself? I'm scared I'll break it. How much should it cost me?

Ever since I started kissing my new boyfriend, I've started to breakout around my chin and lips. (Not cold sores, and not on the lips. Just around that area.) I've also been breaking out all over my chest. Everywhere he kisses, except my neck for some reason, seems to breakout after every time we kiss. It's been happening to him too. What is going on? How can we prevent it? I haven't been using any new products on my face or body. I don't think it's that.

I'm looking to get a tattoo on my rib cage. It willl read "I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream" It's a quote from Like a Hurricane by Neil Young. It's one of my favorite songs of his that I have loved since childhood, and also my favorite quote from the song.

I know I want the text. But I'm not sure what to add around it. And anyone have a rib cage tattoo? How's the pain? My other tattoo is on my shoulder blade. (I'm a girl too, if that helps)

My boyfriend suffers from terrible nightmares that wake him up several times throughout the night. Most are about Iraq and some even are about home. They're always about his friends or fellow soldiers being hurt and him trying to save them. Even being stabbed himself. They're very graphic.

He completed 2 tours in Iraq and is currently back home for in-active duty.

What can I do to help him? Usually he texts me in the night and then when he goes back to bed, he feels better and doesn't have the nightmares. But how can we get them to stop?

I went to Forever 21 yesterday and found a top I wanted, but they didn't have a medium, only a large and a small. I asked them to check their system to see if a store closer to me had it, but they didn't. However, 2 other malls, (both 1.5 hours away) did have the top in the size I need.

I called one of the malls to see if they could ship the top either to me, or to a store closer to me and she replied "Sorry, we don't do that". Other stores have done this for me no problem. Even offered to. Why did they not? Have you heard of this?

And they were not busy. I was the only customer in line at the time. And I called early when they first opened.

I realized I was coming down with a cold on New Year's Eve. And then after very little drinking that night, I went home and got sick with the flu. I had a fever, chills, aches and pains, vomiting. Then, the next day I was starting to feel fine. Later that day, though, I began to get this terrible sore throat. It's now lasted 2 days and NOTHING works. I've tried tea, honey, lemon, whiskey, Halls, Vicks, Cepracol, throat sprays, triaminic. The doctor even prescribed Lidocaine. (This thick clear substance that tastes DISGUSTING! It numbs my mouth, but makes my throat even worse!) What is wrong with me!? I know that it's post-nasal drip. I've been blowing my nose like crazy and coughing up mucus. But why does my throat hurt SO bad? I've never had anything like this before and never so bad. I can't sleep, eat, go to work. Anything. Help please!!!

I just want a little bit of length...I don't like my nails that long.

What do I get? I want them to be stronger. My nails are really weak naturally.

Recently, I was told by a piercer to change my jewelry to a titanium internally threaded banana bell because of my scar tissue from my first piercing. ( I had it redone.) I've only had the piercing for a month or so. But he did tell me it was a good idea to do...

How can I make sure that my new jewelry (i ordered it online) is cleaned properly before changing it? Anything else I should do to make this a smooth transition?

Pros, cons? Which is the better phone? I use it just as a normal phone plus LOTS of texting! (I like an SD card for my own ringtones too!)

I've bought home whitening kits before (strips and gels) but every time I use them, I get sharp shooting pains in my teeth. I just went to the dentist, and my teeth are in good condition, just very very sensitive. Anyone else have the same problem? Is there something that will whiten without the pain?

I've placed some images into my "About Me" sections. I just used the img links. I figured out how to center them, but how do i add space between them? In my edit profile page, I have 2 spaces between each image code. But when I view my profile, the images are all squished together. 2-3 on each line. I'd like one right below the other, below the other.

Help?

I had my belly button repierced through a keloid. Recently, after soaking my piercing in salt water and cleaning it out, the scar tissue has been coming out the bottom a little bit. The piercer said he usually just pulls it out with hemostats. I really can't do something like this, I'll get sick. Will it naturally work itself out? Will it hurt? This is my only piercing other than ears.

I got my navel re-pierced on Oct 20th. The first time, it closed up when the ball came off of my ring in my sleep. I had a keloid and when I got it repierced the piercer went right through it.

Since then, I've been REALLY good about not touching it too much. I only touch it 3 times a day, tops. And only to clean it/rotate it. It does pus a bit, but it's white not green. (A good sign I heard?) I also do sea salt soaks about 2-3 times a week. My bottom hole is a little read still and is swollen. What did I do? Or is this normal? What can I do to stop this?

It's last minute for a Halloween costume, and I realized that lashes I bought aren't self adhesive and don't include eyelash glue. I do have spirit gum that I used for elf ears once before. I had no reactions to it, but is it safe to use a tiny bit on my eye lashes? I also wear contacts if that helps.

My ex and I broke up about 2 months ago now. We are both currently dating each others' friends and so we see each other all the time at parties. He has told me that he never wants to see or hear from me ever again and I haven't made any contact except to wish him a happy birthday via facebook. I wish to remain friends, but he doesn't want to. Yet he shows up at my work all the time. He literally goes in there every other day. Knowing that me and my current boyfriend (his friend) work there.

When we broke up it, it was very sudden. Everything was fine, he even said he wanted to marry me, but then the next day I found him flirting with a girl online and confronted him. He freaked out, said he was going to commit suicide, then broke up with me. I've even talked to his sister,(she and him are very close) and she has no idea why he broke up with me. Since then, we've had very little contact. At parties we don't speak to one another.

The other day he sent me an instant message telling me to stop trying to make him jealous at parties. (I swear I'm not. I'm just having fun, drinking and dancing. I'm not attempting to draw attention to myself at all.) But he was really mean about it. Why is he acting so weird and immature? He told me when we broke up that I didn't do anything wrong and it was my fault, so why does he treat me like this? And why can I not get it off my mind?
