acctually my coby mp3 player the screen is cracked and i cant exit it my dad press the two sides the touch was working but you have to press the two side but when the screen calabration was there it wansnt getting exited because i was doing it good but it wasnt getting exited so then but the right down side there was a crack on my screen so the target wasnt going there. is that the reason or theres another problem with my mp3 player but anyways thanks for the help everyone.

But the place i am in it doesnt work because its just avalabile in north america or australia so i was wondering if A.V.A works any country like if im in canada does it only work in canada? My mp3 has these cracks actually my brother was using it in school he put it in is back pocket. He heard this sound crrrrrrrrk! and then it didnt turn off. his battery got full low i charged it i opened it the touch wasnt working. and the open button is really soft not hard like it was does anyone know the salution of this thingy? because its really hard to control the thing without touch welli can still work but is there any ways that i can fix it?
