my mom is going through a really tough time. she has bad depression and anxiety and she always gets these anger outbursts.... i really want her to try medication but she won't do it and is saying she can "handle " it, but i know she's suffering really bad

I was just walking down the steps and the bottom of my foot felt like it "snapped" and now it kind of hurts to walk on..... I didn t trip or anything I might of stepped on it weird I m not sure.... what is this and what do I do

I don't have eplipesy , I do have anxiety. I'm worried because sometimes I get a random tremor in my neck or arm. It just feels like a light shaking and LAST for no longer than 2-3 seconds, and I'm completely concious when it's happening. Everyday, I get dizzy spells and 2 weeks ago I was expirencing random smells ( I still get them but not all the time ) which people say are from seizures. I'm only 17 and I'm freaking out, my mom wouldn't take me to the doctor unless I actually had one because our insurance isn't the best. What should I do?
