how to convince my mom to go on medication?
my mom is going through a really tough time. she has bad depression and anxiety and she always gets these anger outbursts.... i really want her to try medication but she won't do it and is saying she can "handle " it, but i know she's suffering really bad

You can't force her. You can just point out that if she got some talk therapy and maybe medications that not only would she feel better, but it would make you feel better, too.
