Strange bump on my leg, should I see a doctor?
I just found a strange bump on my shin, hard and about the size of a nickel. It hurts a little when I press down firmly on it but otherwise no pain or sensation. I have no idea when it happened or what it is. Could it be anything serious? Or should I just give it a few days and see if it goes down?

I just got a new case, Cooler Master RC-690, and motherboard, EVGA 122-CK-NF67 680i.
There are 3 fans on the case (1 front, 1 rear, 1 side) and it looks like my motherboard has 4 connections for fans (other than the CPU fan) they are a 'System Fan,' 2 'Chassis Fans' and what it looks like it says a 'Vreg Fan.' Does it matter where I plug them in? Should I just plug them into my powersupply instead of the MoBo? Or should I connect all 3 together and plug them into one spot on my MoBo?
If I do just plug them into my power supply will the fans constantly run while the computer is on? That sounds like that would be loud and wasteful.

Because of a lower back injury I'm not going to be able to workout for 2 weeks and actually be layed up in bed as much as possible.
So what can I do to:
A. Keep the fat off?
B. Keep from losing the muscle?
And as a side question, should I continue to take my whey protein shakes?

Currently I do upper body weight training and 20 minutes eliptical 3 days a week then leg strength training and 1 hour on the eliptical on the alternating 3 days and then 1 day of rest a week. I was wondering if it would be better to drop the 20 minutes of cardio on my upper body days to give my legs more rest. Also I've heard that too much of a running type exercise may be detrimental to building muscle. (as a side note, I'm trying to gain muscle weight as well)
