I think I'm starting to get inner ear infection, haven't been to Dr yet, but anyway, we're leaving to Albuquerque on Friday. I've never had trouble flying before, but with inner sometime you get vertigo like symptoms anyway... Is there a chance it will make me nauseous or any other side effects?

I want to know peoples reasoning for wearing the I voted sticker.... I've never worn mine because I don't feel the need to brag about honoring my civic duty. Now there are places that are giving discounts, and (although small) free products. I'm proud to vote and I'll tell anyone that asks what and who I voted for, but I don't think it's necessary to display it on my shirt.... Everyone should vote, maybe if it were treated like a duty instead of an inconvenience (by giving away a "prize) we would have consistently higher turn outs at the polls...?

WOW...who else thought they would do better on this movie with all of the technology that is available now? It looked like it came right out of the 80's....Horribly written (some of the lines were so cheesy), Horrible Horrible graphics/special effects and stunts! What was their budget...100,000? The Watermelon Laffy Taffy used to have the little crunchy fondant seeds on top of them, They didn't have a flavor, but I liked the crunchy bites along with the chewy texture. Got a Watermelon laffy taffy today and NO SEEDS?!?! When did they stop putting them on there? It's been about 4 months since I had bought one. Or did I just get a reject one? I'm not sure what cut or how the Elk was because my hubby's brother is the one who shot it, and butchered it...It says Elk Roast...on the package...I like deer but have never had elk, one of the recipes in my culinary school book said to use orange, grapefruit, and lemon juice as the marinade...then do a port wine reduction to serve with it...I don't like port wine, my hubby doesn't like grapefruit...Any suggestions?

So I need some Simple ideas to dress up for Halloween, I'm not going out but staying in to handout candy, may invite some friends over, so just something simple, not too scary cause there are some toddler age kids on my block I'm sure will be out and about that night with their sibs. Does anyone have an OLD butterscotch brownie recipe that does not use butterscotch chips, etc. And they are rolled in confectioners sugar...My Great Grandmother made them and they are so so so yummy....the entire recipe makes a 9x9 square pan and the finished brownies are rolled in confectioners sugar...WE SEEM TO HAVE LOST THE RECIPE :( so I would appreciate any recipes that fit that time period/description (atleast 50 years old)
