I have not had much in a long time, and about a half glass of light fuzzy navel has me of kilter... how long or often or much until I can get it up to normal social drinking status again? I don't want to make a fool of myself.

I stopped initially due to breast feeding, then Rx meds, the opportunity... so now it's SO low, that I just wondered how to get to back up again... a bit more specifically than "just start drinking again". I'm thinking quantity at a time... etc.

I currently call my fiance Etienne. (His son and nephew are also Steven and it gets confusing in speaking) So, since I speak Russian (teaching granddaughter) I thought I would call him by his Russian version. I thought it would be appropriate, BUT I don't know what it would be.

For 45 years, I've been a nail biter from stress. I finally have my nails growing (and have sally handsen nail hardener) on it for prettiness and non breakage, but some are JUST past the tip and already curling. Any special, other than artificial nails to force it. That can be done to keep or train my nails to stay flat/straight, instead of curling down?

I also have insurance issues that is of great importance. I have MS and my one shot, alone, would cost $50K. personally I don't care THAT much because I've been on the med and attack free for less than 2 years (after having it for 18 years), but if I divorce, I want to know where I stand and how long I have before things start running out. I'm looking into homeopathic ways around it, but it would still cost money and THAT would not be going thru insurance anyway. I'm 4 years away from my 10 years of yearly work to qualify for SS disability. So I try to work for a short time at least each year. That aside, I'd like that info I originally asked for. I'm done with trying to make this marriage work and putting up with the mental abuse and insults/cursing. I think it's outer limits the '95 ones. In the story, information was imputed directly into the brain in seconds. One guy was 'defective' and couldn't have the implant so he was the dud that had to read books to learn. until the main computer self interpreted it's directive and had to be turned off. Then the defective one was the the smart one having to teach everyone else their ABCs, etc.

I was told that when someone flushes the toilet or turned on the dishwasher I won't get scalded or frozen when taking a shower, anymore if I attach something between the pluming end of the shower and the shower head.

What is it? What's it called? Where/how do I find it? Can only a plumber do it? I'm tired of waiting until everyone is asleep or away from home to take a shower to I don't get a surprise during my shower.
