We are all connected, agree? or not?
Some people believe everything was generated from a minute ball of energy. If true, everything comes from this source (or manufactured by us from source materials). Spiritually, this connection continues with consciousness and thinking. Even scientists at Princeton have been studying this: http://noosphere.princeton.edu/home_bottom3.html
(warning, it's a long read)
If the study results continue as they are, maybe humans can learn to make a difference as a global, metropolitan, neighborhood, family, religious, or workforce communities.

4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoHow much energy (Watts) is produced by an alternator in a car to recharge a 12V, 45AH car battery?
I may state this wrong as I'm new to electronics. So, bear with me. If W = A X V. For a 45AH battery, is maximum amps 2.25. then? Would the energy produced to recharge the battery be 2.25 * 12, or 27 Watts? In other words, to charge the battery, the alternator generates 27 watts of energy. In trying to keep it simple, I realize we have resistance in here and other factors. But, I was trying to figure out for the typical car battery, roughly how much energy per second is required to recharge it? I'm sure there is an electrical wizard out there that can answer this question! :-) Thanks.

2 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoDo you think Jesus was tolerant, for the most part, of others?
I have this disagreement with my friend from time to time. He says Jesus was basically not tolerant (love the sinner, yes, but not the sin). I say Jesus was tolerant. Tolerant meaning broad minded or accpeting. What are your thoughts?

26 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoThe circle of life is hitting hard. Any suggestions?
My parents are visiting and my father, whom I remember as always big and strong, is really weak. He can't even stand up for very long. He's had many tests done and all come back as normal age related ailments. I see him with my daughter and the energy levels are complete opposites, of course.
I find distance between us occurring, not because of lack of love, but because I want to limit the amount of pain when he's passed away. The irony is it will hurt more if I continue down this path. Maybe I should just confront it (death) and talk realistically with him. What are your thoughts?

a laid back approach, or somewhere in between? If I've offended anyone...I apologize...lately I've been answering questions with more conviction/confidence and don't intend on offending anyone. So, just wondering what others think.

5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoLevels of After life existence?
I had a dream the other night a person I knew who passed away in 2004 came to me. In the dream, he said his wife had passed on also and that she was on a slightly lower level or plane of existence than he was, but that they visited with each other regularly. Is it possible that as people get sick with diseases like Alzheimer's and slowly pass away that maybe their soul has already left and gone to a different "level"? What are your thoughts? I was thinking maybe his wife was still alive, but had become gravely ill and was preparing to pass, but I'm not close to the family and have no contact information to find anything out about their situation. I don't even know the wife's first name and there's no reason for me to have even thought about her...could just be a crazy dream....LOL.
