Who the hell does Bush think he is, and what his and the U.S.'s role in the world are? Are we really above the law because 20 some odd terrorist hijacked 4 planes and smashed up New York, the Pentagon and a cow pasture in rural Pennsylvainia? Can we detain anyone in the world who looks funny to us? Is this a good example of democracy to intice our Arab brethren? God cast Lucifer/Satan, and all his followers out of heaven for questioning his authority. I was raised catholic, currently an agnostic, and I know all the athiest arguments for why this question is moot.

Christian/Jew/Muslim please answer where God was while the conspiracy was taking place.

I am a middle aged white male living in central Mississippi where Baptist churches are still segregated. Yes, still now, in the 21st century, white preachers have told me:

1. God is white.

2. God lets ****ers in heaven, but makes them white 'cause there ain't no ****ers in "their" heaven.

3. Blacks like the current arrangement (segregated churches) and that all are better off for it.

The black churches are identified as "Missionary Baptist" so the white folk don't make any mistakes.

Blacks are also strongly discouraged from attending southern white baptist churches funeral, wedding, or christening services. In my minds eye, I can see the spirits of cloaked clansmen plotting and carrying out lynchings from the pews.

Just wondering if anyone, besides me, is old enough to remember this. Where, and why (two part answer) was The Wall originally performed by the REAL Floyd (with Roger) in the U.S. . The ten points (if anyone really cares) will go to the first who responds correctly with all cities and both reasons why that is where it happened. Extra special bonus for anyone else at opening night in the first city who can remember why the concert was stopped after the first song (although temporarily, thank goodness)
