When you select multiple cells they are shaded a light grey to show which cells you have selected. I cannot see that grey, it's very light. Is there a way to change that? I have checked the options and searched on office help, but I just dont know the correct terminology to search right. Any suggestions or answers?

I am in the middle of buying my second house, in a different state and my lender (same one from the first house) has asked for something I have never heard of. He needs a letter from my payroll department confirming that I have no un-reimbursed business expenses. What!?! Why is that important to buying a home? My husbands payroll lady had no clue and I am hoping mine doesn't ask too many questions, because she will be the one talking to him. I know what un-reimbursed business expenses are, I just don't understand why that is important in getting a home loan. Any thoughts???

It may have been a late 70's or sometime in the 80's. It was about a young boy or girl who lost their hair and then mixed up this weird hair growth potion and their hair ended up growing so much. Even if it was cut it would still grow back really long.

It is a lady singing with a soft voice, seems like an alt type music, she was wearing an all blue outfit. It looks like they are in an airplane hanger and there are a bunch of other dancer type people in there too. While she is singing, they are doing a type of dance. i know this isnt much help. I also saw it on tv the other day but just caught the end of what commerical it was for. Any ideas?

We have a 50 gallon pond with a pump. It wasnt holding its water. It seemed liked a simple answer at first, there must be a hole in the liner. So we filled the pond up and turned off the pump. For days the water sat at the same level. So, i said ok, ill turn the pond now and see what happens. There is now no water in the pond. Suggestions, theories? Could it really be evaporating, and we have to fill it up everyday?

Last night we noticed our dog slide the inside of his pad (like the webbing)...it looks bad. I already have an appointment for him at the vet first thing Tuesday for a mole he needs removed. They cant get me in before that unless it is an emergency.

We cleaned it out, put neosporin on it and wrapped it up. We arent letting him run around (which is really hard, he has so much energy) and are checking it often. I checked it this morning and it looks like it has sealed its self up and looks clean. We will continue to clean it, put medication on it and keep it wrapped when he goes outside to do his business.

Do you think if we continue doing this, he will be ok until Tuesday when the vet can look at it?

We havent seen each other in 14 years...until October when he came for my wedding. Its like we hadnt skipped a beat but there is a lot about each other we still dont know. He has already told me that he has 14 years of spoiling to make up for. We cant spend a lot of money since we did pay for our wedding ourselves. We are pretty tight on cash as it is and most of my family is going without this year...which isnt a huge deal because we havent celebrated really since i was little. Any suggestions? I plan on making him a card which i know he will like. This is new for me.

I am getting married on the 28th and after the reception we are going out afterward for Halloween. We are dressing up as movie characters or musicians. I am planning the wedding so I have no time to think of a costume or try to come up with an idea. My hair will be done in a beehive fashion...i need a costume that will go with that. Suggestions?

I am tryin gto find out what kind they are or something more about them without asking her. She has broken a couple and i am trying to see if i can tfind some to buy her. I have looked on some antique sites but without knowing who brand they are or who made them, its hard to search. Any suggestions? Maybe someone who specilizes in vintage plates? Thanks

I broke mine a year and a half ago and it is still killing me. I think I will be heading to the doctors soon.

My husband and I come from very different classes, he had everything growing up and I had very little. His parents are still married mine are not. He is a wonderful man and I love him to death but he always has to win...at everything and when he doesnt he gets frustrated. There are times where it makes me feel very small. He doesnt mean to do it, he is competative by nature. I played sports all through school so i like to win as well but I am not that extreme. We have talked about it many times and it usually ends in a fight or tears because he just cant relate to the feeling of losing...something, anything....a parent, a house, money, people you love and care about. He has had it pretty good and his family reminds me of the Cleaver family....they know and can do everything.

Do you have a husband or wife that is a compulsive winner? How do you handle it?
