live in las vegas,nv. and looking at moving back to California. I'm retired collecting ss, pension money. do I pay taxes on my ss in California?

we got mineral rights and a company wants to drill. we got a check for leasing it for 3 yrs. we now need to file taxes 2012. we have used 1040ez form for the last 4 yrs. we have no deductions but the tax company used 1040 form because we got a 1099-misc which is in line 1 RENTS. we don't own the land we have rights to minerals? the leasing co. said it is rent?. but the owner of the land has to agree to let them drill. with 1040 ez looking at paying $1,047.00. with 1040 form we will pay $3,231.00 no taxes were taken out of payment. taxes to be paid on the unpaid is $1,091.00. we also got 1099-int for $.80 do we have to add this to it? we don't have any deductions or don't have enough to do long form. plus the tax man wants $246.00 to file sched.e,c,f.? or what forms to file. pls. help!

dwn loaded site last wk. nothing but problems. cursor moves jittery on site, takes to long to load, can't remove from compr. it really sucks.

compr. shutsdown when online, idle, screensaver, etc. have removed elect. plug from wall & re installed in diff. one.cleaned tower out of all dust bunnys even fans. last nite when system went down. i didnt reset it so i left it. 3 hrs. latter wife said compr is on sec. latter it went back dwn. it did this 4 more times until we shut it off. what's happening.

while online i get error report, i acknowledge it an send. get a modem problem tells me smart link modem driver. go thur. progam but doesn't find anything any. using hamr 5600 modem #2. don't have disk. use broadband serv. which is fed from apt. office. compr. will shut off while playing games & can't get back on. need a little help!

can someone tell me who is this co. ? i have been billed over $100 dollars for this and don't know why. my card co. gave me the ph.# but are closed. it is east coast time, i hope someone would know? i have looked it up on web no luck, and rip-off report no luck. i will call tomorrow but trying to get heads up first. no dumb answers please !

have ps2 hooked up to dvd - vcr player. while playing a game it switches to tv. have to hit remote to go back to game. do not lose game.

ps2 connected to cd,dvd player combo. while playing games the game goes off and tv channel comes on. push remote back to game and continue game, happens alot.
