When the USSR was up and running the World was heldi n a sort of status quo where wars many wars were fought and funded by either side . Since the fall of Russia and it's other communist states has the US been left with the UK as the sole policemen of the World, leaving themselves open to terrorist attack from countries that previously we would have held at arms length and used more clandestine means of influence?

I live in England and it seems politically we have a different perception of a conservative and a liberal. Without it turning into a name calling cat fight can anybody tell me the differences between them in the States?

Saddam funded supported ,supplied with weapons and funded by West to fight Iran, Taliban supported,supplied with weapons and funded by West to fight USSR . Osama funded with at least1million dollars by US.

Us fought against Native Americans to impose their lifestyle and take land, there were attacks on the US ,which in today's terms would be regarded as terrorism, on outposts of forces imposing a way of life,and for economic gain, on people of a different culture living their life under their rules.

How do you feel about the fact that your countrymen have subsidisied awful acts of terrorism and you have now been the victims subjected to the atrocities that come from such actions?....
