the EPA wants to make CO2 a "greenhouse gas that must be controlled".

Since the human body emits carbon dioxide as a natural, normal function, will the EPA jail, fine or execute people that talk too much?

How about the possibility, under EPA rules, to be allowed to shoot people with contaminated breath? If the breath stinks, it must be contaminated with more than just CO2.
