My Mother drives a school bus and one of her stops takes 5 minutes to arrive at her bus. The reason is they do not have a wheelchair ramp!

The question is : Can you tell me which agency we can contact to help them build a wheelchair ramp for the child??

I have 40 boxes of Pampers Cruisers to sell in the Chicago land area and they are to heavy to ship and sell on Ebay.

My A drive shows up in my computer, but I cant access it. I have another computer and formatted the floppy drive I am using. So I know the floppy works. I can not open or format the floopy on my main computer even though the A drive lights up.

Trouble loading my computer so I can see my drives. I can back door to see my E drive, so I know it is still there. However "my computer" shows no drives.

I have downloaded TWEAK UI and done a regedit from a previous question. The drives will then appear only once under mycomputer.. I need this to work to use my scanner and camera.

I can not see any drives when I open up my computer folder. It is not showing me any of the other drives.This started a couple of days ago. I am using Windows XP.

I was arrested based on an over hear warrant the police obtained using information provided by a paid informant.

The informant said I have been selling him drugs for over a year and he we set up the meetings by calling me on my phone. I KNOW this is NOT TRUE since I did not even TALK to this guy in the last year!!

Now I need to obtain his cell phone records to PROVE this is the case. Can I have my public defender request the informant's cell phone records and to keep his identity confidential. I s there any case law or LAW you could refer me to?

The States Attorney handed my public defender a copy of the motion of discovery against me. I asked my public defender if I could receive a copy and he said NO! When I asked why, he said because of supreme court law. He also wanted me to write down my side of things without even viewing the motion of discovery.

My question is this. Is he telling me the truth about the Supreme court law and would you fill out your version without even seeing the motion of discovery?

Can my landlord call up my States attorney on the phone and ask them information on my case. They did this and the landlord told me that he was going to ask for jail time and "gave" them tainted information on the case. Is this legal?

My landlord said this was the Freedom of Information Act???

I use peer guardian 2.0 when I am downloading from utorrent. the problem I am finding is when I want to play online poker at Ultimate bet at the same time. It will block my online poker game. I then have to stop the download and turn off Peer Guardian or turn off Peer guardian and let the download go keep running unprotected,

I received a criminal trespass notice, at a specific location, b/c a worker I new was vindictive and said she felt uncomfortable. The owner of the Dunkin Donuts called the police from home and I was served while drinking my coffee.

Now, it gets weird.

I started a NEW job at a different Dunkin Donuts the very next morning. It is owned by the same owner. I was scheduled to work 6 am to 11 am. I stayed for the manager an extra 2 hours til 1 pm. She told a customer I was great.

I called looking for owner looking to figure out why I was served a criminal trespass writ. I reached the manager of the first store who told me he was taking the word of his employee and he was not going to let me talk to the owner. He also said that he was not going to check the video tapes. Lastly, he stated that I was not an employee of the company.

I told him I had just finished my first shift at a different store. He verified this and then the manager from the first store left a voice mail on my phone ten minutes later saying b/c of the criminal trespass writ that I could not work at any of there stores!!??? He said there is a law!!??

Weirder still.

The general manager refuses to look at the video tape also and calls me saying that if I go to any of the THREE Dunkin Donuts stores owned by the same owner that they have been instructed to call the police!!???

I am Black and the girl I was White. The police report stated that I did NOTHING!

My question is this. Is this legal? Is there a law? What is my recourse?

I have seen this on about 3 or 4 screen names and I am wondering what does it mean.
