So, my understand is that a barrel of a gun is designed to leave a certain signature on the bullet so it can be traced back to it?

If so, why is the barrel designed that way?

I never heard president Bush or president Obama dedicate as much time to apologizing for RAPE of a 14 year old girl and her subsequent murder and the murder of her whole family by USA soldiers! But they do make an expensive ceremony for honoring some soldier for doing his job.

The Iraq war was poorly executed and a lot of mistakes were made but what was the alternative?

Bush decided to go into Iraq because of good reasons and because he thought it was the right thing to do, unlike Clinton, who shot a cruise missile into a medical factory in Sudan because he thought it would be funny. Clinton killed 10000 people for fun and there was no response from the media even after his cabinet admitted all their public reasons were false and Clinton thought it would be funny to kill people on the same day Monica Levinsky was supposed to testify before a grand jury.

As far as the economy, that disaster was set in motion by Clinton when he signed NAFTA.

Bill Clinton, while governor of Arkansas, executed a mentally retarded black man who thought he was being taken to eat ice cream so he can appear tough on crime during New Hampshire primaries.
