I'm trying to get in better shape for basketball season and overall physically. Right now I go to the gym 3 times a week and do bicep curls shoulder press leg press squats tricep press and pectoral fly. I do 3 sets of 10-15 reps at my max for each exercise. Will i see results soon? Do I need to work out everyday instead of every other? Feel free to throw in some suggestions

She does not eat any of the good stuff ! it seems like she just hates fruits , grains , veggies , meats ,etc .

She only eats JUNK !! She only likes chips , milkshakes , mcdonalds fries and nuggets , chick fil a ,soda , pizza , cake , crackers , ice cream , etc .

Please helps we have tried everything , literally . We went to her pediatrician and we have tried her suggestions and no , she will still not eat . she does not eat my homecooked meals or just real food at all . And no i can not just " TAKE THE JUNK FOOD AWAY " because if i did she would starve .

I'd like to be able to shoot the basketball at my highest point but whenever i actually do jump to my highest point the shot feels very uncomfortable and is usually inaccurate. How can i be able to shoot at the very top of my release?

I'm 15 5'9 and I would like to dunk but I've heard that you need to do squats, lunges, and jumprope i have no access to any of these things. Does anyone know any alternate excersises to help me dunk
