I am on the Carnival Committee in Willenhall and we really want next year to be better. We would love details of local groups. Next year it will be Carnival of Culture as the theme so Gatka performances would also be welcome. Anything distinctly cultural please. I know this is early but we plan in advance. Thank you

I would love to do some traditional Yule cooking, something I can take to a ritual and share amongst friends. Instead of downloading them I am interested in recipes you swear by. What are your favourites?

I did one a few years ago with fire walk uk but they charge £1400.00 to do it if it is for charity, we want to raise money in an unusual way. I am also part of the Willenhall Carnival Association and would like to to a fire walk with them to raise funds for the community but they also can not afford such a huge price. Does anyone lead fire walks at a cheaper rate based in the UK?

I am pregnant with my second child and not sure which hospital to use. I went to New Cross through out my 1st pregnancy and was happy there until the actual birth. I struggled to breast feed, and resulted in giving up, the mid wife who delivered my son wasn't much help. She lost patience after a few minutes and left me to figure it out on my own. This left me feeling isolated. After I left the hospital I found out that every mother is supposed to be shown how to hand express milk. I wasn't. It has put me off going there this time so I am leaning towards the Manor. I live in Willenhall so the Manor is more viable. What are your experiences of these hospitals please?

I am doing a talk at the pagan group I attend about paganism and parenting. I would like to know how you approach parenting from a religious point of view.

Do you openly worship? How do you broach the subject of your faith with your children?

I have been trying to find out the addresses to write to the following, Coronation Street, Emmerdale, East Enders, Doctors and Primeval. Any help welcomed. Plus any addresses for other tv shows as all autographs will be auctioned to raise money for Walsall Resource Centre, a charity for young people with aspergers and autism.

What path are you? Is your partner/family the same path? How would you feel about your child following a different path or religion outside paganism? Do you involve you child in rituals and festival activities? How do you teach your child the values of paganism? Are you open about your religion with your children and family?

I am asking these questions as I am doing a talk at the pagan group I attend about paganism and parenting and need peoples opinions.

I am doing some research about how being a pagan, any path, influences your parenting style. I am hoping to compile as many opinions as possible and do a talk about it at the pagan group I attend.

As a parent myself I feel that it gives me a sense of tollerance towards other religions and a strong urge to encourage my son to enjoy and respect nature.

Will you let your child choose their own faith or do you expect them to follow yours?

How will you/have you introduced paganism to your children?

How do you feel about children attending rituals? (As soon as mine can walk I am going to take him to some rituals so he can get used to it and let him enjoy being outdoors.

Please no silly answers about paganism being evil as you will be reported for religious hatred, something I don't want to do. Lot's of info please and any sources welcomed!

My family have been researching our geneology, we have used sites like ancesters.com etc already so please don't suggest that.

What we have so far is Mary Meekin, dob unknown married Austin Butler, their son John Butler b 19/2/1864 @ The Old Workhouse, Brewood. The lived @ Bargate, Brewood. 16/5/1886 @ St Mary's, Brewood he married Elizabeth Stanton b September 1864. She lived @ Dean St, Brewood, father was Thomas Stanton.Their daughter Mary Elizabeth b 16/6/1892 @ Bargate married John Bridgewood b 12/1/1892. He lived @ Heath End, Pelsall. They moved to 4 Court house 4 Bloxwhich in the early 20th century. John Bridgewood son of Sarah Tasker and James Bridgewood. Siblings were Rose b 1884; Sarah Ann b 1886; James b 1894; Kate b 1897 & Mary b 190?

Any information welcome, if you wish to email me personally click on my avatar. Bridgwood could be part of the Bridgewood clan due to illiteracy. Bridgewoods seem to have settled in Tipton during John's youth before he left for Bloxwich.

I follow Asatru and would love to know what you follow. I really enjoy learning about fellow pagan's paths - to be tollerant and understanding you must ask and learn!

NOTE to christians, do not start your paganism is evil rubbish. I try to respect your religion so be respectful of mine. Study it before judging it! I was once one of you so I know what you can be like lol.

I am really intrested in past life regression, would like to have it done but need information. Has anyone gone through it? Do you know someone who does it who you would recomend? I live in the West Midlands, England.

I am not a christian but in an effort to understand it I began reading the bible. There are some parts of it though that I would like christians to interpret for me.

Hosea 9:11-16 Hosea prays for God’s intervention. “Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer. Give them, 0 Lord: what wilt thou give? Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts. . .Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.” Clearly Hosea desires that the people of Ephraim can no longer have children. God of course obeys by making all their unborn children miscarry. Is not terminating a pregnancy unnaturally “abortion”?

1 Samuel 15:3 God commands the death of helpless "suckling" infants.

Psalms 135:8 & 136:10 Here god is praised for slaughtering little babies.

Leviticus 26:30 “And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat

I have a fuji film finepix A500 camera, whenever I try to take a picture it switches itself off. I have put new batteries in but it still happens. I can switch it on and go through the menu on it fine. Just wanted an idea of what could be wrong with it.

I went past a Spiritualist church today and was wondering what the difference between them and other christians.
