To make a long story short our neighbors adult son was playing baseball and hit our car at which point my mother told him and the two he was playing with to be more careful at which point he verbally attacked and threatened my mother who is disabled due to tremors and muscular problems, during the attack he stated that a portion of property we own was in fact theirs and not ours, the attack was nearly physical with near misses as he flailed his arms about in my mothers face while verbally threatening to hit her... My question is pertaining to the property because they have some items on our property and we told them they need to relocate te items off of our property, they were told while the officer was standing there but said no they would not move these things that we need to get the land surveyed because (although our house has been here over a hundred years and the items in question were coming clearly atleast 2 or so feet past the corner of our house) that's their land and always had been, the officer called it a civil matter and said he could not get involved with that situation... Since the neighbors are now claiming the property can they do anything if I still use it as I normally would?

About his ex and then like 2 weeks later how much money he makes??? Both came up in conversations that were totally unrelated to his telling me these things...

how do i keep my black T's and pants looking their best I recieved a brand new black shirt yestarday and washed it before wearing but no matter what I have the same problem with everything I have thats black I end up with all kinds of white fuzzies all over it and I don't wash it with anything white or light colored for that matter and after a couple of washes they start to dull out......My question is how do I get rid of the fuzzies and prevent dullness

when you buy the Nintendo DS lite does it come with a battery and charger or do you have to purchase those seperate??? I have never bought a handheld game system and cannot find any where that it says the cords/batteries come with it

I am looking to buy a new mattress and the particular style I want has a temperature sensitive memory foam pillow top, what I was wondering though is is the memory foam any good or does it wear down to easily????
