The parties will be open to the general public (18 to party, 21 to drink) and they will feature aspiring models as special guests.

Family Guy was on TV for a little while and no one watched it. Then, all of a sudden, people started watching the old episodes on cartoon network and they come back with new episodes and it's like on of the biggest hit cartoon shows in prime time. What's up with that?

We form LLCs, Corporations, obtain EIN/TIN numbers, obtain DBAs in all 50 states. What can I pitch to customers to get them to go ahead and do it? If you have a sole proprietorship, why haven't you incorporated yet?

I know I need a business and occupational license, EIN number, and state sales tax ID... But what else? From the city/county, Health Department, etc.
And where would I go to find out about setting up a stand in a parking lot or street corner (owner of the building that the parking lot is for, the city/county)?

Can a preparer efile directly through the irs for free? I work for a company preparing taxes, but we can only do 2 free returns per year. I have lots of friends and family that would like me to do their taxes for them and I would feel bad charging them especially what the company I work for charges. What are some other options if it is not free?

I know that they take a % out for the federal government when they cut the check, but could I incur more penalties when I file my tax return for '07. Would it be better to put the money in an IRA when I get it? I am going to be a stay at home mom now and I can't roll it over to another 401k plan.
