Ok, I am lost. I ordered a tool kit. It has everything needed for minor home repairs, all organized in a compact carrying case. Includes 5 precision screwdrivers, 6" adjustable wrench, 5" needle-nose pliers, 1 Phillips and 1 slotted screwdriver, breakaway knife, 5 replacement blades, 8" scissors, 8-oz. claw hammer, 12' x 1/2" measuring tape, a roll of electrician's tape, and 85 assorted screws. My question is I see no tool for the precision screw drivers, and trying to figure out why one wasn't included or is there a standard holder you can get? I assumed it varies for the set. Feedback appreciated.

When I shoot pictures with my camera, I am not able to save them. I gone to yo-ville forum, profile, pictures, and only a few are there. I have taken so many more, and they aren't there, and I don't have an options to save. Please help. I am an idiot, so please step by step help.

I went to play a game on my lap top. It said I needed to upgrade Adobe Flasher, which I did. Every time I went to play, I got the same message. I rebooted, and got messages that it was installed correctly, but every time I went back to the game, I would get the same need adobe flash update 10. Why is this happening? and what can I do to get this to work properly? I literally spend two hours working on it. Thank you

I bought the item for 50 gbp which comes to $81.13 in US dollars. They are saying that the shipping is 18.50 gbp which amounts to $30.32 US dollars. I believe this to be excessive for the item. I then get an invoice to pay 137 gbp which is $222.31 in US dollars. I have tried communicating with the seller about the shipping costs, and have gotten no where. I even provided information to indicate that the shipping is excessive, and they are still statying that is the cost. I even provided the websites for verfication with their pounds configuration to ours And now, with that, and now billing me excessively for that 137 gbp, I believe I am being taken advantage of. I do not want to proceed with this, and I want to cancel. However, I also was going to dispute it, but there is nothting for buyer to dispute in resolution. any suggestions appreciated.. Thank you

I decided to purchase the program before the trial period was up. However, now I don't know how to install the permanent version. I thought I had, but when I bring up the program it still says trial at the top. Help is appreciated. I have gone to the website, but can't seem to get directions.

I have microsoft home office 2007. Whenever I download a word document, it saves it as a note pad, how do I stop this?

My old desk top computer with windows xp died on me. I got a new desk top, with Vista. I am not very computer technical, although getting better. Is there a way to retrieve the info off the old hard drive, and select what I want on to the new computer? If so how do I do this? If I could get a step by step, or specific directions, much appreciated.

Does anyone who has this phone know how to make the picture bigger then a thumb nail pic when someone calls. I know how to do full screen when viewing pics, but when I get calls they are just tiny. It is like why bother. How can I do this so it will be bigger, or is there a program I can download to do this?

I am confused as to what a pdf printer is. I have tried to find answers online, but only get different programs. I am curious as to what it is, and how it differs from printing just regularly. What advantages are there from just regular printing. I am also curious as to what the converters are. Also when printing using a pdf printer, is it different from regular printing, and if so, how?

I have a question. When you purchase a computer, the video card that comes with the puter, is it usually within the mother board? Any one know which brands of computer don't do that? It is so much easier to deal with if you just have to pull it out of a slot and replace it. If it is in the motherboard, I have no clue how to fix it. Thank you
