Am looking for a high speed latop for daily professional work and at home...

Just like to know, because am repsonsible in maintaining/caring for the new car we have, while my husband is deployed. Dont know much about cars, but know its important for them to have regular maintanence/proper care, periodically. (When I was single, I was young and naive. My first car, was a use car. I didnt really think about reg maintence checks, til something went wrong with it, lol. I didnt know the importance of maintaining cars, then..until I got married. I learned that it would not be a bad idea for a woman to know the basics, of fixing/maintaining the basic procedures, if her man is not around to do it. I share the new car with my husband, who serves in the Army, as a MP soldier. I am fully responsible (for us both), to properly maintain it, when he is deployed. We plan to resell it, after he gets back, so I have to keep it up. I am reading the car manual to know the basics, but as a rule of thumb, how often should I check the car fluids? All helpful tips, will be appreciated, but best advice, gets best answer. Thank you! (P.S. I know, as a rule of thumb, you change the oil like every 3,000 miles, but I dont drive much, so I wont have to worry about that.)

I am thinking about getting a exercise ball, as part of my exercise routine, and heard that you need to have the correct size, for your height. My height is 5"2" and am not sure which size to get? Is there anyone who can help me out on this? Thanks!

I am planning to get a new computer, but dont know which will be a better investment (which computer will last longer, for my money). I plan to use for home use, such as web-searching, e-mail, downloading music/ family photos, and writing documents. Which one should I buy, and why? Right now, I currently have a Sony laptop for 5 yrs, and is still running good, but not as fast as it used to. I know its time for me to get a new one, (5 yrs is pushing it, lol), so I am planning ahead to invest a new one, just in case it doesnt anymore, within the next yr or two. Any advice on which type and also, what brand is best? All answers will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

This is my first time being a mother, and am not sure about what learning methods will be effective, for my toddler (just turned 2) to learn his ABCs and 123s. He didnt show interest before, but now he's taking more interest in learning, and making the effort to talk. He knows only a few words. But, I would like for him to learn the basic stuff, if all possible, before he starts K5. What learning methods can I do, that is effective on most children his age? Please, I need help with this. My husband and I plan to put him in preschool pt-time within a yr, to help with his learning (I plan to assist, by encouraging and helping him at home) and learn how to cooperate with other children, since he's our only child. Any advice, is appreciated.

If I brisked walked in the morning, before eating breakfast, 3 times a week for 45-60 mins, and weight-lift for 30 mins, on the other days (3x) that I am not brisk walking, will this be effective enough to trim down (lose fat)? How long do have to brisk walk, to have it be just as effective as running/jogging?

(I have tried running/jogging in the past, but I dont seem to enjoy it very much, and did not see good results, doing it.) Any advice? Thanks!

I tell these people: you made the choice to do this type of work, so why are you complaining and hating it? If you hate it, why don't you make the decision to change it? I just dont get some people. . .are they being stubborn to admit their choice is wrong?

I know women are not allowed to preach God's word, in the church. But I want to know know and understand if women are allowed to preach the Good News outside the Church (outside a body/group of believers, who father in a church building, but in a public place where there is no eliable man present to preach the Good News or unbelieving people dont want to attend a church but know about the Christian faith from me, as a Christian), to other (younger or older) women?

Let's say a younger or older women, or even an unbelieving man, comes up to me, and what to know about the Christian faith, about God and Jesus. Am I not allowed to spread the Good News about Jesus Christ, to others outside the church?

I have heard about Splenda is an artifical sweetner for sugar. I never tried Splenda before. I thought about buying Splenda, and trying it in recipes. I am wondering, is Splenda actually a healthier alternative than these natural sweetners? Anyone who has used Splenda, could you share your thoughts about it? Thanks!

I am asking this, because I recently talked to my sister over the phone and she mentioned to me that she lost ALOT of weight (and got fit), just by fast walking around to places, on a daily basis. She does not bike, jog or run, just walks alot. She said she was in a size 3, during that time. Normally she is in a size 8 or 10. She's abit smaller in height than me; 4' 11", whereas I am 5' 2". Right now, I am in a size 6, but think (by my sister's theory) that I can get into a size 4, (since I am not much taller than her), if I exercised more, by brisk walking, alot. I have tried jogging/running, but I really don't like it. It doesn't feel like its right for my body. I heard jogging/running can be bad for your joints, later in life. I figured, that brisk walking might be a better exercise for me, than jogging/ running. But, can it be just as effective as jogging/running, if done longer? What do you think?

I have recently tried going into yahoo chat, in one of their rooms. Once I am in the room, there is a messege link that says I need to clink on this link below to verify that I have a yahoo account or something (Message says I need to clink on this link to prevent spam and bots, from interfering with my chatting, or something like that). I tried clinking on that long link, but nothing happens. I am not able to get into any chat room, to be able to chat. Can anyone explain to me what is wrong here?

I am a first-time mother, and I want to give my child, the life I never had. When I was a toddler, I remember that I was held back, because of my childhood life being so unstable. I had to be placed into a head-start program (4-K). I don't want my son, ending up being there, like me, so I decided to see that I teach him the Kindergarden (5-K) basics, before he goes, so he will be ready.

I am not sure what signs to look for, in my son (toddler) to know when he is ready to start learning the basics? Anyone have some tips, to help me out with this? (I want to know this, ahead of time, cause my son is 19 months right now.)

I have Sony laptop that I had for about 4 years, now. It still runs good, but I would like to up-grade it to make it better, so it can be compatible with the lastest technology (like newer web-cams, or faster internet speeds, etc.). I just use it for the home, but I use it often. I want to make good use of it, since its paid off. I am not a computer expert, but I have some basic knowledge on computers, lol. Let's say this is the TRUTH: People are not our enemies. The LORD, God is not our enemies, but or LORD and Savior (Hero), thru believing in Jesus Christ, as LORD and Savior.

That we have only 1 deadly enemy, an evil spirit, that has the power to possess people's minds, body and souls, where people have no control over thinking, saying or doing evil. Only when they receive special knowledge from the LORD, Jesus, Himself, realizing the truth about Him, and even His enemy (as well as mankind), Satan, the devil. This knowledge, is the only way that will save them (from being possessed), from this deadly foe, Satan, the devil.

Let's say those who are being deceived and possessed by Satan, really want to be good people, and really are? Wouldn't would be merciful and love them, for they do not know and understand what is really happening to them, cause the answer (truth) is kept hidden from them by the mind-games from the enemy? See this as a spiritual warfare between God and Satan. . . .
