I like my Archos Media Tablet, but their customer service is horrible. And the tech I spoke to on the phone knew LESS about the product than I did.

He was directing me to use a vent hole as a reset button. I had to insist repeatedly before he checked using an actual unit, and the he apologized and said he would notify the company about the error.

They made the same mistake the second time I called. And when they serviced my unit, the erased the on board owners manual and didnt replace it, so now I have no owners manual. And they dont really seem to care at all.

These ads for Beldens Jewelers where the women sit around and gasp at some cheap piece of jewelery, and then say "Wow! Bob went to Beldens? How did he know about Beldens?"

Everybody who has ever been to a mall knows about Beldens you idiots!! What a stupid ad campaign!! The person who came up with this brainstorm should be fired.
