I have been having this pain for almost 2 months now. Place where it hurts is just right below the wait line on front of my right leg ( you can say on side of the joint). what happened was I was making love with my girl friend and it was kind of wild. I am pretty sure I hurt it then, also my lower back was also hurting for few day. but not anymore. But I kind of feel that lower back muscle is kind of contracted, whenever i stretch. but my main issue is my leg pain. it hurts more whenever i stand up after sitting. any solution or any recommendations pls.
