1 AnswerCats1 decade agoCeramic Tile, Floor vs Wall?
I would like to redo my entire house in ceramic tile floors but money is tight. I'm planning to do the entire thing with leftovers I can get from other people who have finished their own tile projects. Is it possible ot use wall tiles on the floor for small areas? Are wall tiles able to withstand the pressure of walking? Any advice?
5 AnswersDecorating & Remodeling1 decade agoNecrotic Tongue in Kitten
I have a four-month-old kitten who came down with calici a few weeks ago. She was put on Amoxicilin but the disease continued. Now the tip of her tongue is black and the underside is yellow. I understand that this means the tissue is necrotic. The vet has moved her up to a stronger antibiotic, but I thought necrotic tissue was completely dead and could not come back. Will the tongue have to be removed? If so, is it possible for a cat to drink without a tongue? Any thoughts?

For a non-profit corporation which will eventually be going for 501c3 status, can the statutory agent also serve as a member of the board?
1 AnswerGovernment & Non-Profit1 decade agoRemoving a Board Member - Nonprofit?
I serve on the board of a non-profit that has only been around a short period of time. We're still trying to figure out how things are done. Unfortunately, one of our board members will be leaving us. I know there has to be a form to resign from the board and another to assign a new member, but I can't find it. Can anyone direct me ot the right place? We're in Ohio.
2 AnswersGovernment & Non-Profit1 decade agoRacoon relocation?
An elderly friend of mine is having problems with raccoons. Several years ago, a couple raccoons went into her garage and made themselves at home. She wasn't able to remove them, so she just let them be.
Now, several years later, there are a LOT of raccoons in there and it's becoming a major problem. They are in the garage walls with babies and have even broken through the ceiling into the main part of the house (the garage is attached) a couple of times.
She would like to evict them, but doesn't want them harmed. Does anyone have an idea of who I would contact to find a place to legally relocate them? I am able to trap them, but she doesn' want them killed and I don't want to be arrested for illegally dumping them somewhere.

2 AnswersOther - Pets1 decade agoVista Moving Cursor Point?
I got a new laptop with Vista a few months ago. As I'm typing, the cursor will move on its own without me touching the mouse at all. I've figured out that it moves to wherever the mouse pointer happens to be on the screen but I'm not touching the mouse. If I'm typing a message on Yahoo messenger and the mouse pointer is off to the side, it will switch to the other window the pointer is touching without my fingers anywhere near the mouse. Has anyone else had this problem?

I just bought a house with a large grape arbor in the back. Is there any way to tell from the leaves what type of grapes they are before the bunches actually form?
