i was in a car accident the man that hit me tboned me and totaled my car. i went to the hospital and i have internal and external bruising and a sprained back and a mark on my chest from the seat belt. everyone says i should sue the guy for pain and suffering but because im not hurt that bad i dont think it would be worth it but i dont really know ive never been in this situation before. help?

i dyed the underneath of my hair black a few months ago and now i want it the brightest red i can get. so i got the garnier nutrisse intense red for dark hair. when i finished dying it and washed it out i noticed it only dyed my roots which is where my natural color is. i looked online and someone said that that hair dye only dyes over natural hair not dyed. anywho my question is what kind of dye can i get to dye over this and be bright red without having to bleach my hair. i really dont want to bleach it because i am growing it out for locks of love and they will not accept bleached hair. please help and thanks in advanced :)

Why is it that some women get mild cramps while other have extremelly painful ones? For me it gets to the point where I'm in tears and feel like I'm going to pass out and its pretty much paralyzing. Why is this?

my dads name is Tom and i am a daddys girl so i was thinking that if in the future i end up having a daughter that i would name her Tommy. i obviously would spell it different like Tommi or something then give her a really girly middle name like Marie. i just am wondering what you guys think of it :)
