2 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoHow does a guy who is too busy find a woman?
Okay, here goes nothing...My day begins at 5 am with my day job as an Engineer. I take an hour to myself MWF to go to the gym during lunch, leave work each day at 4 pm and begin tutoring my first student at 4:30 pm. I get home at 10 pm, do my bookkeeping since I am also the owner of the tutoring company and have 8 tutors working for me. I'm in bed by midnight to do it over again the next day. Saturdays and Sundays I get to sleep in and start tutoring at 9 am, and usually am done by 7 pm. I go to bookstores looking for an intellectual woman rather than a bar looking for a woman who is there for free drinks, and not interested in getting picked up by bar riff-raff. No luck yet, I went the e-Harmony route but no one was interesting. I just don't want work to become my life as I save up to have a good life while I am young.

4 AnswersMathematics1 decade agoIf x, 2x+2, 3x+3... form a geometric sequence, what are the numerical values of the 1st six terms?
This problem has me banging my head...and I have a math minor...I am trying to help my brother solve it for homework.
So far I have tried ratios, a sub n, the sum of the geometric sequence...no avail.
I found something online that shows the fourth term of this is equal to -27/2. This did not get me anywhere.
