Okay so I usually take my birth control between 5-7pm but yesterday I took it at 11:55 if me and my bf have sex this weekend will I be okay and no babies?

Okay so I updated the Facebook app for the iPhone 5 and when I look at my Facebook friends it will say last active 1m, 2hr, or active now. I am just wondering does this mean the last time they are active on Facebook like logging on and just looking at the news feed or is it last active on the messenger messaging people?

I'm 5 ft , 110 lbs . want to get toned . I've lost a few pounds but I don't really see much of a difference. I don't necessarily need to lose weight I just want to lose stomach fat. fast!!! like in 2-3 weeks?! what should I do? Work out 3 time a day?! It is VERY possible cuz on I used to be fat they lose 100+ lbs in 3 months..and I'm not as fat as them so it is very capable of being done . just need to know what foods to eat that will enhance my results. I have been using clean by covergirl its powder.. and it works okay, but you can tell i'm wearing makeup. i dont want that. i'm looking for that natural look. that will also make my skin look smooth & fabulous. I am 16. 5 ft 110 pounds. I feel huge. people say "oh your not fat youre tiny" blah blah blah i dont think so. my belly is the main problem. its fat. and everything else is fine. i was looking into acai berry pills because its sounds like it works really well. but im just wondering which is the best for helping to lose belly flab? I do work out everyday with this jessica smith belly, butt, & thigh blasters and i do 20 minutes of cardio in the every morning. So i obviously know i have to workout i just need an extra boost. and i know im not supposed to take diet pills but oh well im desparate. so help?

I have the lg revolution and it asks me if i want to sync my contacts on facebook. i know what this means but im just wondering will it sync all my facebook friends phone numbers into my phone as contacts or will it just sync the phone numbers i already have? I have over 2,000 friends i really don't want that many contacts lol.
