There is a young lady her mother is stealing her money from ssd is keeping the money turning around embezzling the daughters ssd money into blue crooss blue shield medical insuyrance when she was supposed to recieved a medical card for medical expenses which the mother has kept from her for past 4 years not giving her her medical card or social security card and is embezzling this money she is supposed to be receiving every month from SSD and investing this money into Blue Cross Blue Shield the mother is claining because a temporary guardianship that was removed 3 years and no files with any attorneys office or da is the reason mother is still claiming ownership of daughters money because this young lady has no income at all the young lady is 24 years old. Her mother is keeping her stuff illegally to keep control over her daughter and make it so the daughter is in essence kidnapped to her own house . What can be done about this situation short of contacting social security and reporting her mom for social security fraud and embezzlement ?? and how much time woiuld the woman get for such incidents/ how much fines could she be held liable for ?? would this be social security fraud and embezzlement??

the engine still cranks////the first thing i do is spray with starting fluid// still no start// i no it has no fire//// checked the coil no fire at the coil/voltage at the gray is 41 volts dc/ green and brown wire 31 volts//// can i pull a wire from the ignition switch and the other to a ground to solve this issue or no fire at the coil >????????
