Is there a taste or a texture that you don't like. I have never had it.

My office is thinking of a large charity drive in the fall. while we will be requesting many items, we are also asking for gently used items. We want to match as many up through agencies directly with people who needs them (not put into a thrift store). We would like to include books but our local library will take old book donations and sell them. Any thoughts?

Every day I work with people who don't know anything about insurance or their plan. and they simply need someone to talk to. I would like to volunteer. Is there an agency that is not just for Seniors.

I understands why Christian believers attempt to convince people there is a God. It is in their Scripture to do so.

I honestly do not understand why non-believers find it necessary to convince people there is not a God.Why not allow people to believe as they wish. There is no one forcing a non-believer to read and respond to the questions here.

There is no physical proof either way. If a believer is wrong, then after death, they find nothing. who is hurt by them believing.

If a non-believer believe them deceived, idiotic, stupid, etc, why not just them be that way, shake one's head in disbelief or frustration and move away.

or specifically, some atheists are so combative and strident about their belief there is no God. I know why believers are that way; part of their belief is to convert or bring people to God. But why can atheists just leave them alone. If they are wrong, where is the harm? they die and learn there is no afterlife. During life, they are happy.

I understand defending yourself but why strike first? do they just like arguing and causing strife?? does that make them happy?
