Boyfriend and i had a blowout last Friday... he said Im controlling him and he feels like a dog on a leash.... i was only expressing my dislike of constant video games... i came off harsh... next day i apologized for the way i came across... i don't think he really accepted my apology... he hasn't been home since. vague occasional text... Im used to great communication.. that's one of the reasons Im with him. anyways he finally says he wants to see me tomorrow. i have a night class.. Yoga.. that i have been missing to see him. should i cancel and come home to try to talk things out or should i stick to my plans. its so easy for him not to see me... but now Im scared doing my own thing will make things worse... but i don't want to be walked on anymore... what would you do? we've been together 10 months.

So, I know that many people are just "loyal" to their "party"....my mom is a Republican because her parents were, and my dad is...and my sister, the same way... I suppose I am the rebel of the family as a Democrat but votes for the person not the party...

I'm filing form CA 568 for a single member llc (disregarded entity). The business activity is a residential real estate rental. For the federal return I will be filing schedule E along with the member's 1040. My question is, given that state taxes are deductible on a federal return, do I deduct the state taxes paid (annual LLC tax) directly on the schedule E (as if I was filing 1065) or does it need to go on schedule A? Personally I believe it should be deducted on schedule E as a direct decrease to federal business income (as it would on 1065), but am not 100% sure. Anybody have experience here?

Hi, Does the title on the deed to a home in Calif. supercede a living trust?

Say an unmarried couple purchase a home as joint tenants. 4 years later one of them leaves, they split permanently. I understand that she now still owns half of the home and will inherit all of it if he passes away. My question is, can he safely place his half of the title of the deed in a living trust so he can choose his own beneficiary? How is this done? Will this hold up in probate?

Is it possible?
