I am unable to sleep at night?

I 'm not afraid of anything like darkness or sounds, it's just I can't fo to bad at night.... the idea that i have to go to bad, makes me stressful and a bit short-breathed and uneased. and a feeling very similar to panicking a little bit ... I don't know how to explain it but i can't go to bad before the sun is up and i have work to do and to go to ...

it's not that i don't want , i can't .... the idea of going to bed makes me very distressful and shortbreathed .... it's like when i have a panic attack about something ,. it can't believe that i'm saying it but having to sleep makes me panicking!!

'm having some kind of acnee on my chain due to some facial hair under my skin ... my doc proposed an oestrogene based treatement to get ride of it .... i want to know ifthere is any risk in it .... i have no cancer history in my family on both sides of any kind ...

normal between (13-150)... how serious it is ?

got my blood analyse back evrything was normal except two thing :

plaquettes: 456 giga/l ( norm between 150-400)

ferritine: 6.64ng/ml ( norm between 13- 150)

my doc told me to get one because i was complaining of fatigue , having hard time getting out of bad and lacking energi...

there is 88 keys 65 keys , there is hard touch , dynamique touch... so many options and i'm comp;etely clueless ... i know a digital piano is nothing like a real piano but i leave in a student dorm so i don't have much space or money ...10x alot for helping

i am having some severe memorie and concentration problems (it's been for a wild but recently it's getting worth that i need to seek medical advice ) and have really hard time waking up in the morning and recently i am d'evelopping sme serius insomnia situation ... i am also having some kind of mood swings fatigue and depression and i need to know wich doctor should i pay visit for help

should i visit first a general doctor ... is it a psycological problem or should i let him decide and visit one anyway ?

i have this really bad appetite , i usually can spend an entire day without wanting to eat a thing and i usually don't enjoy a lot of food... about a coule of weeks ago it changed i don't know why i started to want some food ocasionally it wasn't all bad it was fine actually but about yesterday i started to grave for food evrything i smell iwant to eat sweet, sour, choclat evrything thing ... i spent the past 2 day anting and having a bite of evrything i lay my eye on without been fooly satisfied it's like there is something lost and i can't found it this never happened to me before imean never ever why????

i always thinkabout him...he wasn't a simple crush ... but things didn't end up well at all and things are getting really complicated... my feeling swing between sadness, anger, biterness and ofcourse a deep fope of a good endind...

anyway a couple of days ago i saw a dream of him we were togethere, in the places we used to be i wouldn' say it was the best meating dream but i recall a very weird thing ahim wearing a pink shorts wich was ultra-weirdness he's a very serius guy i wake up really surprised like what the hell?!!! i kept wondering what's the message my subconsious trying to deliver ?

as i recall later i rememberd my little brother(age of 4-5) has the same shorts but of a different colour...

in those dreams for one reason or an other i some how ended onn this high place o someone try to get me there so it scared me like hell as if i have a phobia and my heart start bouncing and i would wake up really tired... alhough in most cases if i were awake it wouldn't scares me like that much ! what is themeaning of this dreams ?

in some cases i wake up without knowing , usually i stop climbing or refuse to get anyfurther or i wake up...

i don't know if its usefull to analyse but also i often si myself as crossing the road where when i get in the middle my booddy became heavy or i get paralysed while a car i want to catch risk to be missed , or a bus get closer while i 'm standing in the middle i also wake up really tired and usually wake up withou knoing what happend next ...

in those dreams for one reason or an other i some how ended onn this high place o someone try to get me there so it scared me like hell as if i have a phobia and my heart start bouncing and i would wake up really tired... alhough in most cases if i were awake it wouldn't scares me like that much ! what is themeaning of this dreams ?

1- always ending the sentence with three dots

2-writing the point above letters as a circle instead of a point

3- write the letters separatly

4- holding the pen firmly on the paper (leaving marks of the writting on the next pages)

i've been been seen this dreams pattern too often...

the first one , i see my self in a very high place where i'm veryafraid from falling down , some time i see my delf falling or hanging to something afraid of falling ...

in the other one i see my self trying to pass a street to catch the other side of to ride in a passing bus where out of sudden as i try to walk my body my leg and my arms became really heavy and i feal tha i nead an enormous force to move my self and as i strugle i can see the bus passing across me without been able of dooing anything . mus of the time when i see that i'm trying to ge to the other side iget heavy when i get to the middle of the street i get heavy as i described earlier, and i see a car comming i try to moove quickly before it heas me but in vain and i often wake up without knowing what happpened next ...

what's really bothers me hat when i woke i feelling really tired ans as iall the strength i was dooing in my dream in can feel it's wait on my body as if it was for real : tiredness , fast heart beat , anxiesty etc...

it's that now i rarely see dreams and when i ever did 9/10 of the time is something like this and it's been for a long time now ... what does it mean???

but still,u know how you feel when u'r scared or worried i feel like that all the time without any reason . i feel like my whole body is chaking with each beat especially mu left hand and i often feel some weakness in my chest, lungs and my left arms.and in some occasion when i'm sleeping , i woke up out of the sudden half sleep feeling my heart beating so fast will pup out out of mu chest or explod.

i'm medium-thin sized i don't eat alot of fat i even can't stend it what could it be the reason

i was listenning today to a show on the radio, when a caller asked the doctor about having problem in gainning wait , the doc asked her if she ever felt that her feet where burning , she felt heat in her budy , fast heart beats , somniac ... wich was all a symptomes that really disturbed me but neve thought that they might be related ... i wasn't able to call the doc since it was one of the two last calls ...

anyone can give me a hint about what he was talking about !??
