I have a valid copy of Office XP 2005 Professional installed, working and validated on my new PC which has the new Vista "downgrade" OS from the XP OS. I have never had a reason to use the PowerPoint that I believe I paid for with my Office program but I need it now.

How do I find that program? I can find the free viewer I downloaded but can't find the actual user program.

I have been told there is a new tax on prostheses even for US veterans. I say there would be no tax for such things supplied by the VA for service connected injuries but there may be such a tax for injuries suffered while not in the military. Who is correct and if there is such a tax for service connected injuries can you supply an exact reference?

I use both IE 8 & Firefox but lately I have been getting an alert for a new e-mail but it never appears so where it? I even refresh the inbox but the new mail is not there.

Another issue lately is clicking on an e-mail but an entirely different e-mail opens repeatedly. All Yahoo functions seem to be screwing up for about the last month (late May & first half of June 2010) or so.

Do state governments deduct SS from paychecks? In particular I would like to know this answer as it relates to Nevada. It is my understanding that all employers, including governments, have to deduct and match the SS amounts for all employees. Are there exceptions?

My LCD monitor takes a charger similar to my laptop & the output is DC. If that is the case, why are TVs said to be either 1 voltage or another? All the chargers I have say they work in a range of 100 ~ 240 volts which would make them work in Japan (100V), US (120V) parts of Saudi (175V) and the rest of Europe and Asia @ 220 ~240 V.

Trojan horse Rootkit-Pakes.AA I get this message in a pop up AVG (Pro, paid version 9.0) when I leave my PC for any extended period of time. How do I get rid of it?

The past 2 days I have noticed that the function seems to have stopped working. I've gone to the Options and General tabs to set it but the function seems to have disappeared. How do I restore the function? I use the Classic Version and do not like the new one.

Several months ago wile using a WiFi connection Saudi Arbia all my groups became unreadable with a font about size 1 or so. Why did that happen and how do I fix it? I am using Vista on a new VAIO PC & everything I do is screwed up to say the least & if MS would restore service for XP I would just go back to the product that works. I do not know if this is a Vista related problem or a hardware problem. This VAIO most certainly is a apiece of crap as well.

Someone hacked my account and not only sent spam to all my contacts; but they deleted my Sent e-mails which were to job applications. Is there a way to recover them?

Someone has accessed (hacked) my account and I wish to change the security secret questions so my new password will not be given to whoever found the answers the first time. When I use the Yahoo Sign in & Registration Help Form it allows me to change the password but anyone who knows the answers to my questions can just do the same as they have already done.

The icon in my menu has changed from the usual Word icon and now I cannot make a new Office Document. I've had to resort to deleting all the text in an old doc & retyping. Even pasting into existing docs. has turned problematic so does anyone have any suggestions? I have the CD but I'm afraid to remove the program & reinstall it because I don't know if MS will re-validate it if I do.

I don't want to make a video call with voice. I just want to turn on the cam but cannot find an icon.

I'm in Saudi & half the normal things I want to read are blocked & I am looking for a (preferably free) proxy server to get me around this problem. It has to be easy for a non-geek to use. Hope someone can find me such a thing.

Every time I open my mail I get a pop-up with the message pasted below. How do I stop that from happening?

Most times when I open my e-mail home page I get a new box that opens from the left telling me to connect with contacts or some similar utterly meaningless, annoying message. Now I am trying to open the mail to quote it exactly & the thing does not appear LOL.

How do I prevent that box from EVER opening? I hate it and it is certainly NOT an improvement!!!

The problem even with a catch weight with guys like Cotto, Mosely and PBF are that there is no ring weight specified. All of those guys could conceivably enter the ring 12 ~ 20 lbs. larger than Pac a day after the weigh-in. That is where I think the negotiations need to be centered (after the money of course). Why do I seldom hear of such things?

The manual seems to indicate that the up & down buttons are the upper & lower ends of the square key in the middle of the phone just under the Samsung logo. On page 14 of the manual it says to toggle that button to lower or raise the "key tone volume" but what it actually does is scroll the menu on the screen. I wish to text in silence and still hear the phone & receive text sounds.

I have been trying to delete cities so I can add different ones. I delete using the "X" both in the homepage & in the page where I would add the new city but I am always told, "you have reached the limit." How do I fix this problem?
