  • Hawaii or Florida? Which do you think has a better quality of life?

I have lived in both, and I think I depends on what you like to do, and what is most important to you. I thought of comparing these categories:

    Cost of Living: Florida wins

    Good Weather: Hawaii wins

    Swimming/snorkeling: Florida wins

    Boating/sailing: Florida wins

    Good Surfing: Hawaii wins

    Low Crime: Florida wins

    Less Racism: Florida wins

    Theme Parks: Florida wins

    Beautiful Scenery: Hawaii wins

Quality Schools: Florida wins by far

    Less Diseases: Florida wins

Less bugs: Tie? I can't decide.

Any other things you can think of?

  • Is there a disease or deficiency that would cause joints to dislocate easily?

My whole life I have had dislocations, especially in my knee, that were not caused by severe trauma. Things like jumping or sitting in an awkward position (like sitting on my foot), can cause my joints to dislocate. It is very painful and I pop the joint back in right away. Am I lacking in some nutrient or do I have some disease that would cause this?

This is not caused by wild stunts or traumatic injuries. I am asking because I looked online at medical sites and they all say that dislocations are only caused by severe trauma, especially in the knee, but mine aren't. My bones also look normal and they are strong, so I assume the problem is in my ligaments.

Please only respond if you have a real answer, don't guess or post misinformation.

  • 1996 Honda Passport Timing Degrees Question.?

I had to replace my timing belt because the old one had jumped some teeth. Now, I have the cams correctly aligned, but I am not sure what to set the harmonic balancer to. I thought it was supposed to be on 0 degrees, but then I read online that it should be 10 degrees.

If it is off 10 degrees, I don't want to damage the engine by starting it. I can turn the engine with a ratchet and it feels smooth. It is set to 10 degrees right now.

  • Jews and OT Christians: dairy and meat=kosher?

Gen 18:8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

Angels ate dairy and meat together. There is no law in Torah that states eating dairy and meat is a sin. This law against dairy and meat is found in talmud. Do you think this is a mistake in talmud? Why or why not?

  • Eating dairy and meat=kosher?

Gen 18:8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.

So angels ate dairy and meat together. The command to not mix meat and milk is not found in Torah, it is found in talmud. There is a command in Torah not to cook a baby animal in it's mother's milk, which has nothing to do with mixing dairy and meat. Is it possible the writer of the talmudic law against mixing meat and milk.....dare I say it.....was wrong? Explain this for me, jews or Christians.

  • Doesn't the law of biogenesis prove evilution is wrong?

The law of biogenesis states that life can only come from life. Spontaneous generation of life from non-living matter has never been observed, ever. This is a scientific fact. Yet the theory of evilution claims that life spontaneously appeared from non-living matter, which violates the law of biogenesis! That destroys the theory of evilution right from the start. Why bother with fossils or anything else? If the foundation of the theory is destroyed, the theory is destroyed.

  • For Christians: Didn't Abraham serve meat and dairy to the 3 angels?

Why then do the jews say that meat and dairy can't be eaten at the same time? Don't start about that enzyme crap either. If the angels ate meat and dairy together so can we. Show me the verses that command us not to eat meat and dairy together or don't post at all. The verse about not cooking a baby animal in it's mother's milk has nothing to do with eating meat and dairy at the same time. PLEASE NO POSTING UNLESS IT"S BIBLE VERSES PROHIBITING THE MIXING OF MEAT AND MILK!! Sorry if I seem rude but I'm tired of the jews telling me I can't eat meat and dairy together.

  • Who is more intelligent, Christians or atheists?

Why do atheists claim that religious people are not as intelligent as atheists? Look at some of the inventions made by Christians in the name of science: Hospitals, clocks, watermills, windmills, the automobile, the airplane, the printing press, the telegraph, the light bulb, the radio, and the electric motor are just a few examples. Christian scientists made advances in fields such as electricity, electromagnetism, electrochemistry, medicine, surgery, geology, paleontology, physics, rocketry, isotopic chemistry, zoology, botany, aeronautics, space technology, astronomy, and genetics(Mendel proved that Darwin was wrong on how traits are inherited). The first director of NASA, Wernher von Braun, was also a Christian. Without Christian scientists, you would not have the modern technology you take for granted today. Thank the Christians for the technology you enjoy today.

As in the Biblical definition of kosher, regarding clean and unclean foods. Not the talmud version of kosher with 2 kitchens and no cheeseburgers.
