When I sneeze or even sometimes bend over to pick something up my head will sometimes have a pain on the right side that is very persistent and hurts for up to 10 to 15 minutes. Sometimes my ear hurts but the doctor said something about fluid not being drained and told me to take ibuprofen and wiggle my ear to let the fluid drain like it's suppose to. And the last thing is every once in a while my right eye will hurt. But that's completely random their are no signs or signals when that will happen. And a note it's also my right ear that hurts. So the right side of my head hurts my right eardrum feels like it hurts and my right eye once in a while hurts. What could be wrong

It casually hurts now but the pain will go away and come back. Do I need to see a doctor
