I applied for a loan on-line and was asked for banking details and said the money would be in my account within a few hours- No money went in but £67 went OUT. the company came up on my bank statement as Key-finance. I`ve told them to put that money back, surely this is FRAUD?

Anyone been to dubai? I`m just about to book and am not sure whether palm island or jumerieh beach or the marina? any ideas which would be best? dont want to be TOO isolated - I like to shop...! ?? anyone??????

I`ve known her 32 years and he is a rescue dog from dogstrust, where he spent 2 years in their kennels. we went abroad recently and no way would I put him in a kennels again as he was distressed before. asked my friend, at first she said no and then when I offered money she said of course, bring him round.. £200 now for 10 days she asked for.. I honestly just wanted him kept out of kennels and had no-one else to ask... I`ve known her 32 years and I spoke to people since who said its outrageous she would expect money.. why could she not help a friend out??? Many people have since said she is not a friend... and I sat and thought about it today and if the shoe was on the other foot and she needed a dogsitter, I`d have of course done it for nothing... thats what friends are for?????? any feedback appreciated.

The car is 10 years old, all original paintwork and we bought it when it was 2 years old. At first we thought a cat had scratched the bonnet but over the last few months it has become worse to the point where the paintwork has turned from dark blue to white!! Looks like heat from the engine has caused this and it looks awful... anyone else got similar??? looks like we need to get a whole new respray but i`m wondering if this is a BMW paintwork fault and has anyone else had this happen?

my daughter and friend, bother under 18, in their infinate wisdom have been trying to obtain loans using my details online. Today my bank statement arrives and so called "Application fees" for these companies are £110. I have not received any loan, or spoken to anyone for a loan, or signed for a loan. What The F*** ??????? What shall I do? I`ve just emailed both companies who`ve robbed my account. Is there anything else I can do? (apart from kick my daughter up the ***?)

Paid for groceries for delivery (online), is it deducted immediately when ordered or on the actual delivery day? because they havent showed up!!! and I`m not sure if there would be enough in my account, although there was enough in there yesterday when ordered... confused... never shopped online before

So I got a week off, partner has a week off too and we have workmen in.. I have a bottle of wine, partner is out every night and I just sit here quietly on computer and cook meals. He said he`s embarrassed and ashamed at me because I am drinking wine this afternoon. what do you think? I`m not drunk, not a headcase.. dont cause problems.. he drinks every night in the pub, I dont go out. what would you think?

I had an iphone from my nephew and put my own orange pay-as-you go card. I`ve put a total of £15 in credit, made NO CALLS, and it has swallowed ALL of the credit., I`m horrified! There is 15p left on it this morning, the phone is always in my possession, no-one has used it. What could possibly be wrong?? I would ring Orange but now aparently i need 25p credit to make the call. I dont want to add any more credit until the matter is resolved. What could possibly cause this?? No clever-dick answers please. Thanks.

Kept receiving letters from a company called Belmont Thornton, asking me to fill a claim in for PPI. I put claims in for about 3 credit cards.. now they`re saying that I owe belmont thornton money, even though they have not paid me out!!! They say they will pay me once I`ve paid their "FEE". Then I had two letters threatening court action if I dont cough up! I have received nothing from claims. can they do that? Is it a scam?? Do I pay them in the hope they will pay me?
