Bartimus Trashwalker

I own an HP Pavilion dv5 and it will not turn on. Suddenly one day the battery ran out and the computer hasn't turned on since.

I purchased a new Targus laptop charger and a MU06 HP brand replacement battery, but the problem persists. The charging light on the right side of the PC does not glow either.

I suspect the charging port of my laptop is damaged, but cannot be sure. Thank you for your answers ✌

K so here's the deal. I got a house with my buddy Brian about two months ago. This is when his whore girlfriend decides she wants to get serious and moves in with us (keep in mind Brian has NO intention of leaving her. They planned a trip to the Bahamas in March [which Brian alone is paying for.]). Her name is Brooke. I am 20, Brian is 21, and Brooke is 18. It was all cool until I realized how much stuff she does that bothers me. She doesn't have a job, so she eats all my and Brian's food and stays here all day while we're at work and watches cartoons. She takes change from my change jar and takes money from Brian every day. When she wants to wash clothes, she only washes/dries ONE outfit at a time. HUGE water waste if you ask me.

AND she talks **** to me about smoking...like who the hell is she to tell me i cant smoke in my house. Another part of the story, Brian and I had a talk with her ex a couple weeks ago, and he told Brian not to give her everything, because she took everything he gave her and then he found out she was banging like 3 dudes behind his back. Brian gives her everything and im kinda worried she'll do the same with Brian.

She also uses my towels, is mean to my cat, thinks she's right about everything, and is generally stupid about common sense issues (how to turn the tv on, how to use a vacuum, etc.) Also, when she eats she eats with her mouth open and will talk to you with food in her mouth. I seriously hate her soooo much, but she's my good friend's girlfriend. Brian is a smart guy (going to college right now to be a DNR guy), so i have no ******* clue what he sees in her other than the fact that she looks like a hot 15 year old. Idon'tt know what to do about it. help me out? thx

So I've been liking this girl for a little while now. She's really cool and I thought that she was maybe interested in me until what happened the other night... So here goes.

I've been hanging out with her for a while now, like partying and just hanging out at her house. I had also asked her on a date for next week when I get paid, which she said yes to. (Her room mate also told me that she was really excited for the date.) One night I got hella drunk and had sex with her friend. I don't think that that really changed anything. But just the other night, i stayed at her friend's house again and ended up sleeping with her friend AGAIN, even though I thought it might mess me up with the girl I like. After we had sex, I asked her friend, (lets just call her...Steph.) to please not tell the girl I like, (lets call her...Ashley.). She got really mad, called me a pig, said that she in fact was going to tell Ashley in the morning, and kicked me out of her house. That's when I knew I had made a mistake.

So anyway, last night I went over to Ashley's house so we could talk about it, but we really didn't get a chance to talk about it because her room mate showed up and we really didn't have any privacy. Eventually she said goodnight to me and went to bed.. Overall it really didn't seem like anything had changed between us, but I was still worried it wouldn't work out because of what I did. Anyway, after she went to bed, her gay room mate and I stayed up and talked. I asked him if she was interested in me at all, and he said that I definitely had a chance with her before I had sex with her friend and that now I still had a chance with her but it was slim. I asked him to talk to her about it so I could maybe see what she was thinking and he agreed, (she's the kind of girl that's sort of hard to read...)

In short, I would just like to know what I should do/tell her to make her see that I made a mistake and what I really want is her and not her friend? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

How far can you drive on a donut? I have a 1993 Mercury Sable and I've probably driven on it 10 miles since it's been on and I need to drive 60 miles again tonight and was wondering if that was unsafe... Easy 10 points for educated & easy to understand answer. Thank you!!

There is a Halloween party tonight that I was invited to and i want to go as a biker. I already have a leather jacket, boots, a bandana, and a Crown Royal shirt to wear underneath, but what else should i wear to look like a badass biker?! Thanks!

Why don't they use the plain-yellow mustard bottle format, (with the wide bottle and twist-top), for more condiments? I just think it's weird they only use that kind of bottle with mustard.

Ok so I was with this girl for almost a month, lets say her name is Emily. She was the nicest girl i had ever been in a relationship with, but i broke up with her because i usually prefer kind of the "bad girl" type. Anyways, about 3 weeks into the relationship, i cheated on her with my ex, who we'll name Megan. I just went over to Megan's house and I had sex with her. (I knew it was going to happen if I went to her house, so it wasn't a mistake. I wasn't drunk or anything either. I expected it and basically cheated on her on purpose because I knew the relationship with Emily was going to end soon.) Anyway, Emily was still texting me after I broke up with her and I could tell she really missed me, so I invited her to a party I was at and she came. She thought it was really awkward but I didn't at all. I got really drunk and tried talking to her about the breakup but I was more rambling on about **** that I can't remember. The next morning she texted me and said that we really didn't talk about the breakup that well at all so she asked me to come over to her dorm. (Oh, by the way, there's a new twist to this story...Emily and Megan both go to the same cosmetology school.) So, I came over, we went out for supper at Buffalo Wild Wings, and went back to her dorm room. We laid on the bed together talking, made out for a little while, aaand then i told her that one night about a week ago I had stayed the night at Megan's house. At first she had a blank expression on her face, then she got off the bed, went into the bathroom, and turned the shower on and shut the door. I assumed it was because she was crying, so I left and told her room mate that she should probably go in the bathroom and talk to her. After that I went to my buddies house and played xbox with him the rest of the day. It has been about 4, maybe 5 days now and i have tried to contact her but she wont answer me back. I kind of want to get back together with Emily again, but she wont answer my facebook friend request, (that's right she deleted me from facebook), and she wont answer my texts either. How can i get her to talk to me again?

Ok...so I have a little brother & he's 16. He is in his sophomore year in high school and i know he smokes weed because he told me. I used to be a stoner myself but decided that it was juvenile & I needed to get a job and do well in college (I'm 20.) I know he told me this because he trusted me not to say anything but I feel like I should tell someone but I'm not sure... I know if I was his age and in his position I would be PISSED if my older brother told on me, but I want him to stop doing it now rather than wait till he's on probation and **** like me before he quits (I didn't get into any trouble with marijuana, but the people that I smoked with were not the best of friends. i.e., i got into a lot of trouble because of them). I just want my brother to realize that smokin weed every day isn't as cool as people make it out to be. It makes you look like a lazy know-nothing. And I know. Because I was a lazy know-nothing. But he won't listen to me. I want to just tell my mom tomorrow and have the school drug test him, but I am not sure if I should get involved or not. I feel like I just want to know what other people think so that I'm not alone in this. If I tell my mother, I feel like I'm helping him, but betraying him. If i tell no one, I'm basically waiting for him to get hooked on other kinds of drugs, get in trouble with the law, not get a job, among other things. See the dilemma?

I own a 1993 Mercury Sable and the horn & cruise control options, (both in steering wheel), do not work. I was just wondering, since they are both in the steering wheel, if it could be fuse related. If so, please indicate the fuse number of the horn & cruise control. Thank you!
