What is the law in this area? Can someone point out where this question is addressed in florida or interstate law?

Do they make a windows device that isn't a phone but is the size of an iphone/ipod touch/samsung S4/etc.? Basically, a windows tablet that fits in your pocket and cannot be used as a phone?

Basically, just a windows phone but without a sim slot, so it can't be used as a phone?

If not, does it have any other requirements? I hear it requires a "microsoft" account. Does an xbox live account satisfy that requirement? Why would you even want one if you aren't going to use it as a phone, particularly if you already have an ipad?

Sounds very fishy to me.

I ask because I need to buy one for Christmas, and there appear to have several different release dates and sizes, so I want to make sure I am getting the best one. (I am NOT talking about the 2DS or the XL, just the 3DS.)

Note, I'm not talking about the "XL". I see online that there seem to be several different kinds, with different dimensions and different release dates. Are they all the same thing, or are some better than others?

I know that officially it's Dr. Droom (aka Dr. Druid.) But, it occurs to me that groot is now a superhero (though he/she/it was originally introduced as a monster), and groot predates Dr. Droom.

(*****SPOILERS*****) After Jesse escapes the neo-nazis in the last episode, it seems to me he still has huge legal problems. Even if his full confession was conveniently destroyed by the neo-nazis, the DEA still almost certainly knows of his involvement in the DEA agents (Hank and Gomez) deaths, the train robbery and so on. So, is there something that I have missed somewhere explaining what happens to him?

(Not kinect.) Please don't recommend halo 4. I hated it. I actually threw out the disc, box, etc. I am looking for something FUN, not "macho". I was thinking of skyrim. (Okay, I know that's kinda macho.) But, I am put off by it's complete lack of any kind of mulitplayer. What do you like? I'm just looking for ideas. I'm not really sure what I would actually like. I actually loved halo CEA, and kinda liked reach. So, I dunno. Surprise me.

I would think, at a minimum, you need a gamecube joystick/controller/whatever? Or do the wii's sticks work for older games? The game I particularly need to know about is "medal of honor rising sun". Thanks.

Someone got into my yahoo mail account and sent a virus to everyone in my address book. The link that people are clicking on is to a web page called "cityofalexander.org". I can't find any info on google on this web page. Does anyone know what this is? It definitely affects macs. I don't know if it affects windows machines or not yet.

For example, are "mosquito dunks" good for that purpose? Or is that not safe for humans?

My number is already on the do not call list, and has been for many years, but lately the scumbags have been crawling out of the woodwork again. I even get calls from "private caller"s, which is fragrantly illegal. Is there some device or some such I can buy that will automatically hang-up on any unwanted calls, preferably without even ringing my phone?
