I go running just about everyday at the same time. Over time there has been this older gentleman there as well(even before I got was married)

I really never realized how sexy he is for his age.

What makes this happen. That a woman who is happily marries Thank that another man is hot!!

My lender told me they wanted me to write a letter, on how I will handle the monthly payment for housing expense.

I expressed that of of 3 accounts showed open on my report right now, 2 of them will be no longer a liability as they are paid off now. And I feel we will be able to comfortably be able to make the payments . They now tell me they want something realistic?????? Anyone with any direction out there?

Dilemma-

My cousin was working with a person I know(him and his dad), when random time came around my friend told him, he needed to go take a random. My cousin was honest with him, and told him he couldn't go, cause he was dirty. (After the fact, because he never went to the clinic)

2 years later..My cousin goes to the unemployment office and wants to open a claim to file unemployment, stating he was fired.(He was given paperwork, to go take a drug test# 1 he didn't report #2 he violated a order for his supervisor to go and he didn't)

Now he saying he hurt himself on the job, and is trying to go after my friend for workers comp too?

CAN HE DO THIS ?

When teh lady from teh unemplyment office called my friend , my friend told him, look I was trying to help them both to put some money intheir pockets, teh fact is he is battling right now with a drug addiction and I can not help him.

The lady told my friend " i didnt ask you all that, I'm asking you about this he is wanting to file for unemplyment. SHE WAS EFFIN RUDE!!!.

My friend is not a subscriber to workers comp, and My cousin didnt hurt himself onteh job, i know casue he lived with me the whole time he worked for my friedn, he was good to smoke weed, do coc, and eevn crack but he is just lazy, he wants to receiev money, BUT DOESNT want to work for it.

What can my friend do. Does he really need to go to teh extent of obtaining an attorney ? He has his paperwork od disciplinary action, he was let go casue he ddint follow work rules, that was to be clean and pass randoms, wehn he was to go. He violated company policy and that was he didnt even go to teh clinic .

I wrk w-this lady(shes a bit younger than me) (NO BIGGIE)and to be honest. I really don't care for her. I keep it nice inside and outside of wrk, cause we DO have to wrk together, But I guess what I don't like about her is that she ACTS like her Sheeeetzzz, don't stink..She is from Louisiana, and although I do make good gestures to try and maintain a good working environment,SHE IS SUCH A n___A!!!!(What I mean by this is that ...There are good white ppl, but then you have the white trash ppl. that give them a bad name . You got good Hispanics out there but the Wetbacks give me a bad name , You got Good African ppl, out there but then you got the N___AS that give then a bad name, ARe you following me, And she is not black BUT SHE IS A N___a!!!!

I try to do little things to start conversation, or maybe get her a flower for Birthday etc,

Does smoke REALLY come out of your mattress, bed room frames, cribs, crib mattress etc, from a small apartment fire. My neighbor behind us decided to leave home and leave a pot on the stove with something in it. Well it burned causing damage to all 8 units(8 units to a section) All our clothes went to a Certified Restoration Dry Cleaner(s), but Im concerned about the above mentioned items.

My apartment manager(shes awesome!) told me that the smells NEVER gets out of things like this and COULD be bad for the kiddos(2 chldren UNDER 9 months and a 2yrs old)
