Last night I accidentally spilled about a cup of milk on my Macbook pro. I immediately cleaned off the milk, wiped down the external surface with a damp cloth to remove the stickiness, and everything was working fine.

After about an hour, the enter key and shift key stopped working, and then the entire keyboard short circuited. I was also getting weird problems with the display. I immediately turned off the computer, closed the lid, and put it in a bag with a few cups of dry rice. It's been in there for almost 24 hours drying, and I just checked on it, and now it will not turn on at all. Is this normal? How much longer should I leave it to dry for? Any help is appreciated.

I'm a fifteen year old girl who lives in Los Angeles. I heard that you don't need to get a work permit to work under the age of 16 if it's during the summer. Is this true? I'm also trying to find a place to work that would potentially hire 15-year-olds. Does anyone know of any places where I could possibly find work, or a place I could go to search?

I'm having sex with this guy, and my parents both are under the firm impression that he's gay (which is a story we made up together, he and I both go along with it). I've been staying at his house until 1am, and we've had enough time for sex, but I just want to sleep over. How do I convince them to let me do this? I was thinking that I'd just go to his house like normal, and call at around midnight and say something like "Hey, we were watching a movie and we both fell asleep, is it okay if I just stay over here? He has a guest room that I could stay in, and his mom is okay with it." and see what happens. But I really really want to stay over. Please help!!!

P.S. I am fifteen years old, he's seventeen. Both of my parents have met and talked to him on several occasions, and they like/trust him.

I recently bought a new MacBook Pro, and am excited to start using iTunes on my computer. But there's a bit of a problem. I live with my parents, and all of the music is on their computer. Not all of the songs on their computer are on my iPod (there are about 7,000 songs in that library, and my iPod has a little over 1,000 songs on it). Is there a way that I can sync the two libraries so all the music from that computer is also on my computer, without having to pay for the songs all over again? Or, is there a way that if I put the music from my iPod onto my computer, I can add more songs to my iTunes library that I put onto my iPod later on? Thanks for the help!

I have a Sony Vaio laptop (model VGN-NS230E) and I play lots of video games. I don't have the money to buy a gaming laptop, but my graphics right now are just awful. What are my options for upgrading my graphics card? Is this possible on my computer? If so, where can I get one? Thanks!

I have a dwarf hamster female named Tilly, and the kids I babysit just got a male dwarf hamster named Perry. They want to mate the two hamsters so they will have hamster babies, but I need some help first. I have a couple questions:

1. How many babies are usually in one litter?

2. Will the hamsters mate on their own or do they need any help?

3. Do the babies need any special care (eg. food, water, cleaning) from humans or do the parent hamsters take care of it?

4. Will the babies need to be with both parents after they are born?

Also, they met for the first time the other day. They sniffed each other and then began jumping on each other. I don't know if they were mating, playing, or fighting. I tried to separate them because it looked like they were biting each other, and they bit me. Is this mating, or do they really hate each other and should not be bred? What is the best way to breed them? Do they really hate each other and therefore, breeding is unsafe because they may get hurt? Or is this the way they breed?

There is this guy I know who I have known for a couple months, I was introduced to him through a friend, and I have a huge crush on him. We've hung out a couple times, and he's never been mean to me, in fact he's really sweet and understanding. I want to tell him that I like him, but I am scared that he will reject me and we won't be able to remain friends. Also, my best friend has a crush on him too. If I tell hin, he might tell her and she might get mad at me. And if I do tell him and he doesn't return the feeling, what can I do to ensure that we remain friends, even if we are nothing more than "just friends".

How do you get this quest, what is the name, and what do you do to get your mount? Who do you get the quest from, and can you also buy a normal horse in addition?

I made a video on Windows Movie Maker. I was able to convert it to an .mpg file and it uploaded to YouTube without any problems. But when I watched the video, the resolution was really bad. I used an online file converter called www.mediaconverter.org, and there was a drop-down menu for resolution. I set the resolution to the highest level. The file converted, but the resolution was really bad. Any suggestions?

I am trying to upload a video to YouTube and I realized that the video is really bad quality on the site. It is currently a .wmv file, and I've heard that it needs to be switched to an .mpg file in order for the video to have good quality. How do I switch the .wmv file to a .mpg file? Or do I even have to do that? Please help!

There is this girl, Zoe, that I got into a big fight with at the beginning of the year. She spread rumors about me, and I lost some best friends in the process. But that's not my problem. I talked to a teacher, and it died down for a while. But recently she's been coming and sitting at my table at lunch. She mouths off about my favorite teachers and subjects (which annoys me because I like school) and ignores me most of the time. I don't want her to sit with me at lunch, but there are usually a lot of people at the table by the time I come and sit down. If I tell her to leave in front of them (some of them are her friends), then I know everyone will think I'm being mean. I just want her to leave me alone! Any advice on how to make her not come sit at my table so I can actually enjoy my lunches?

There is this girl who goes to my school that spread a whole bunch of fake rumors about me at the beginning of the year. Sadly, my best friend believed her and started ignoring me. Everything was neutral for a while, but then the mean girl started coming at sitting at my table at lunch. It's almost like she's been following me! I see her behind me in the hallways, she gets up from the table at the same time as me, and she even followed me to the library at lunch! I know she is NOT my friend and I know that she hates me. Why do you think she is doing this? Should I confront her about this or just let it be? It's really annoying and awkward, and I'm sure she has some alterior motive. Please help!
