I've been reading this book and now I have to do a book report. They ask about social equator, and I don't remember the term from the book. This may be a stupid assumption, but is it just another term for social equalizer? Please help!!

I'm 15 and I started ballet a bit late when I was about 12. I've dreamed about being on pointe ever since I started and I'm finally supposed to get my pointe shoes in the fall. However, dancing "en pointe" has recently lost its allure for me. I guess I liked the idea of being a ballerina more than actually dancing ballet. I really want the more free-spirited and creative contemporary, but I don't know which classes to take now. Should I take pointe this year just so that I 'know how' and have it under my belt if I ever need it? Or should I take a combination of ballet, jazz, and contemporary classes (while not taking pointe)? FYI, I can't take pointe while taking other classes at the same time. Pointe would occupy all my time. Please tell me your opinion and tell me why! Thanks!

My little sister asked me for advice today: what do you guys think???

Her boyfriend of four years is suddenly starting to be really good friends with her best friend. Her best friend and her have been friends even longer, and my little sister is wondering if her friend likes her boyfriend. She asked her, but she won't answer. Her boyfriend has said that he is interested in becoming better friends with my sister's friend, and my sister is worried that he will end up spending more time with her friend than her, and might even become her friend's boyfriend! This is a very delicate matter that needs careful handling. Any ideas? Please don't say anything about fighting. She wants to handle this in a very kind and classy fashion.

I want to get her art supplies, but I'm not sure what that would include. I've never been artistically inclined (in drawing at least) and I'm not sure what supplies she needs. She likes to sketch a lot in this notebook she carries around. She draws faeries and princesses mostly, but she also draws under the sea scenes and people. I can tell she has potential because she draws small and big princesses/faeries that look identical and practices putting them distances apart with scenery. What should I get her??? As in what kind of sketch pad, drawing materials......please help!
