I donot know what has happened to me. I am addicted to be busy in yahoo!answers - always - forgot everything - walking,TV,

newspapers,friends other hobbies. Each and every moment I want to be in yahoo!messenger.

it is disturbing my health and daily routines.

How to rectify self?

I was a manager of a nationalised bank in I N D I A . After 5 years of leaving services, I have been served summons in my personal name by court to appear as witness in a dispute of two outside parties. I think the summons should be dealt by present bank manager. Moreover I donot recollect anything.

Somebody hinted me that there is some limitation as to after how many years of leaving a job a person can seek exemption to appear as matter opf right. Will anybody help me with quotation of relevant rule/law/case.

I require this help urgently as healthwise I am in miserable condition and not in position to exert to travel 900 km.from my home. Courts are continuing to send summons.
