I am in ontario, canada and looking to purchase a new vehicle. Of course i want to negotiate on the price and try to see how low he will come down.

Does anyone have some eperience or first hand sales knowledge to help me out? Is there a percentage or number that can help me out when i begin the wheeling and dealing process?

Is a family law court order in effect if the other party does not comply. In ontario canada?

A court order was made ( for my husband and his children from a previous relationship) for children access etc. A childrens lawyer was involved and laid out a very detailed description of supervised access for a couple months, onto unsupervised on to visits in our home, up to overnight visits and weekends. Spread out over an almost 2 year plan.

When supervised visits were to start... the mother backed out saying she couldn't get them to the access center.

months later when she was ready, we were having financial difficulties ( the access center was half hour away) and vehicle problems. so we had to back out temporarily. When we were set, a new 'Intake' process was needed ( verify all previous information, new background police check etc.)

Then after my husband did this, the center called the mother, and she did not respond back. I have called every year to have the access center call her (no direct or inderect contact was to be made with her until supervised access started- court order).

The center Can not enforce the court order and Make her come, but if she agrees to the access, then the center follows the order.

Every year she has refused to even contact the center.

How long is this court order in effect?? Until it goes back to court? we would rather not do that.. it was a long process!! The kids are 12, and almost 14.

We feel i should call her myself ( risking her saying we are contacting her when we shouldn't be)

Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

I am definately going to change dentists, but not sure if I should demand he first fix this Again.

I am in Ontario.

About 7 years ago he gave me a root canal on one of my molars. Which obviously he didn't get all of the root, because about once or twice a year i get a really bad toothache there. His excuse was well sometimes it is hard to get it all, doesn't usually happen though....that filling fell out when i was flossing one day, i am thinking about a year later. He refilled it, and it fell out again.. I was flossing the other night and it fell out again....I am sure this is the 4th time!! One time when i questioned him jokingly if he was doing this on purpose so i have to keep coming back, he replied that the previous filling had been replace while i was pregnant, and yes i know pregnancy could have been hard on my teeth.

So i also had a filling in the back of my two front top teeth and it fell out about 5 days later.....

all these fillings falling out, meanwhile i have filling in my mouth that have been there up to about 32 years with no problems.

This last filling that fell out is probably about a year old, but still, should i try to demand he replace it without any charge?

The filling that fell out within days he did replace free of charge.

Should i report him? to who. Maybe the Ont. Dental association could give me direction.

But any other suggestions is appreciated.

And as i said I will go to another dentist....and i am not sure i even want him to do a 'free' job LOL because i am sure it wouldn't last anyways haha

I could only find 3 fairly large ones, but there has got to me more. there was way to much frass for only 3.

I have read about all the chemicals like bt and 7 and such, but i dont want to have to go out and buy anything.

I also know methods of planting aromatic plants such as marigold or dill etc. But i am not going out to buy plants.

I will keep checking and pulling, but i want to try something else to help with the ones i cant find soon enough.

BTW i am putting them in a bucket with soapy water, but have saved one in an insect jar for the kids to watch and see the cycle.

I have read about dusting with garlic powder and red pepper flakes, spraying with diluted vinegar and water, lemon juice with water and black pepper, little bit of baby oil mixed with water in a spray bottle, and lastly a good sprinkling of cornstarch.

Just wondering from others if you have used any of these remedies or others with success. with ingredients i have around the house.

Please dont bother commenting if you are just going to tell me to pick them off- or buy chemicals- I already knkow those options...I want to know of home remedies that have worked. Thanks

I was given a jar of Hellmans flavoured mayo. Was told it was good in sandwiches and potato salad. Just wondering if anyone has tried it and what you find it tastes great with

Windows xp is not loading properly. Keeps getting stuck at F5 (?) mode.?

It gives me the choice of how to restart- like with safe mode, last know configs, normally etc. i tried last known config. but led me back to same page. wont let me pick another option. if i let it go on the already highlighted 'start normally' still just takes me back to same page. Sometimes it counts down to 0 and doesnt even try to reboot. just freezes there.

I am Not getting a Blue screen. When i came to the computer this morning it was a black screen and i could not get my mouse arrow on the screen. wasnt responding so i restarted. I have not had it stuck in any black screen mode since.

This computer is only about 3 months old. And just had it taken in about a month ago with blue screen problem.

Any help is appreciated. thanks

i sometimes make up some tuna and put it in a hamburger bun and add cheese, wrap in foil and heat in the oven but i am out of buns.

then i thought just toasted tuna

now i am thinking grilled cheese- same sorta thing right and maybe add a couple hot pickled pepper rings. hmm

or maybe chop up a few pepper rings in with the tuna.

2 days ago i went to the washroom and only a little bit of urine came out- but i felt the sensation that i was still voiding but nothing was coming out. After the 2nd time this happened i started to get nervous wondering 'well where is the pee going?'

i began to browse the internet for possible reasons and then it happened a 3rd time (fairly close together in time) I had narrowed it down to a possible UTI but i didnt have any other symptoms.

Then it happened- the next 3 visits to the washroom after urinatiing came the pain.

i went to hospital and when i gave urine sample- there was No pain. Doc asked me all the questions fever- no, am i pregnant-no,lower back pain - no, blood- no, is it possible you might be pregnant- no.

He gave me a prescription for 5 days- said maybe i have a mild infection.

its weird i have not experienced this again- but it has made me curious. I cant be pregnant because my husband had a vasectomy 2 years ago. After a bit of research i realize it rarely happens but it can- spontanious reconnection.

Oh my it couldnt be- but now its in my head. I dont have any other symptoms but i didnt have any of my normal symptoms with my last child.

I know if i am wondering i should just go to doc and get a test- and i probly will but I am only wondering if anyone experienced something similar or had any ideas.

I have a cluster of very tiny black wormlike larva of some sort on my ceiling?

eww what are they from? they are sprayed now, but a second cluster appeared within a couple hours. i do have the occasional jumpy spider in this room- but these are not eggs- they are black and look like teeny worms. the ceiling looked llike someone put a dot of black marker
