δοῦλος Χριστοῦ Ἰησοῦ
Take the "Red Pill" you won't be sorry. If you want to know Jesus as Savior, God, and King shoot me a note. I will answer sincere questions as fully as I can. When you report a question or an answer as a violation and it is not, you are lying. Do you have a problem with lying? If I sound confrontational I apoligize. I enjoy a good agressive debate and I tend toward sarcasim at times. However, I am a fairly open minded, frendly sort if you get to know me. Please send me an e-mail if I offend you it is never my intention to do so.
Christians is it idolatry to engage in commercialism at Christmas?
I am a Christian but I think we should consider this.
I am not talking about the buying of gifts in general, which I think is fine in moderation, but the spending of obscene amounts of money buying gifts for people. Often people go deeply into debt so they can give expensive gifts.
Are we worshiping at the altar of greed and commercialism when doing this?
Is this an appropriate way to remember the birth of Jesus?
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhen you see, "You cannot view this question at this time."?
How do you feel spiritually? Do you ever just ask, "Why?" How could someone be so cruel to not let you answer a question?
Is it the cowardice or cruelty of others that causes me to view this hurtful phrase?
17 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy would I rather be on R&S than doing my Hebrew translation?
Spiritually speaking . . .
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoGorians have you lost your faith in your messiah?
The ice caps have grown, nearly every major city has had the coldest year on record and global temps have declined measurably.
All of you who worshiped at Al Gore's "Inconvenient" altar of Global Warming, have you lost faith now that it is clear the hard cold scientific evidence was horrendously wrong?
Are you one of the revisionists that are rewriting your scriptures to now call the problem "climate change".
If this "evidence" you so willing swallowed is bogus, how about things you accept with much less proof?
Do you feel like you were had by an enormous experiment in groupthink foisted upon you by fools who thought "science" had all the answers?
3 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy did Vince Wilfork get away with this?
He hit a defenseless Jay Cutler in the head as he was getting up in one of the dirtiest plays of modern times.
Here is the video:

Why was he not suspended? This is at least as bad as Albert Haynsworth.
4 AnswersFootball (American)1 decade agoHey JWs, my feelings are a bit hurt, what did I do wrong?
My wife and were out in the front yard I was just raking up grass clippings when several groups of Witnesses went down the street stopping at every house but ours.
When one group went by I greeted them with a, "Hi, how are you today?" To which the gentleman in the group replied, "ffffine (sic) how are you?" Then he just kept walking.
What did we do? Are we on some kind of a do not knock list?
12 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy do people perpetuate the myth that homosexuals?
are worse and somehow more sinful than other people? This view is not biblical. No real Christian believes this. We know that all sins are equal in God's eyes.
I am very offended at the continuing insinuation that homosexuals are somehow less human. Many questions tonight imply this view (and imply that Christians believe this, they do not).
If you call yourself a Christian and harbor hatred toward homosexuals, feel free to site chapter and verse justifying your right to be judgmental.
21 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWould it help stop ignorant Bible questions?
if R&S members were required to take a basic course on exegesis of ancient literature?
Do you think we could see a day in which anachronistic thinking by the uneducated would cease?
Is it to much to hope for to want people to actually learn something about, history, culture, languages and literature prior to approaching an ancient document such as the Bible?
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoSpiritually speaking, why are so many R&S folks confused?
Why do so many not know the difference between ignorant mocking and intelligent discussion?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat is your opinion of false reporting?
To clarify:
What are your feelings regarding reporting a question (or answer) as a violation when you know it is not a violation?
One example could be reporting a question or answer because a person does not like the content. A form a censorship if you will.
Do you think this is lying? Do you think it can be justified? Has it happened to you?
*This is a sincere question thank you*
26 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoQuestion for you who cast spells?
What type of a spell might this guy have been casting? Is this normal practice?
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoOk then LDS members answer this please?
I got only one person that gave me any source at all to look at on this question:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Argc4...
So, according to official church teaching (again full citation please), what is promised to those who live the very best possible life as a Mormon?
This person would follow church teachings as close as humanly possible. What do they get after they die? Please be very specific.
9 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoLDS Members would you answer a few questions?
1) What is the current official church teaching regarding Joseph Smith regarding:
A. What reward did he receive for his belief and faithfulness here on earth?
B. How did he stack up with the Mormon Jesus in regard to his faithfulness and his reward?
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat do you all think of this quote?
"The greatest cause of atheism today is Christians that acknowledge Christ with their lips then turn and walk away."
Note: I am Christian and I agree with it. I do apologize that I do not know who to attribute it to.
22 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoAre you truely seeking God?
No sarcasm please. I am just wondering if there is one sincerely seeking non-believer on this board. If so, why? What is keeping you from faith in the God of the Bible?
I will ask again, no sarcasm on this one please.
13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy are many athests on this board?
who are so bigoted and hostile using ad hominem attacks as their only means of communication?
10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy when I ask a question about the Constitution, do people respond with quotes from letters from Jefferson?
Regarding the establishment clause:"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion,"
Why do people limit this to Government endorsement? What it does not say is "congress shall not establish religion". If that is what they meant they would have said it.
Regarding free exercise, what is so hard to understand about prohibiting free exercise of religion is not allowed?
One more thing, why is the moron who spells your, "ur" lecturing me on English?
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy do people believe "Seperation of Church and State" is in the Constitution?
Please only answer if you have actually read the Constitution. In truth the constitution demands that religion have freedom from Government interference. What has caused people to believe the opposite of what it actually says? Take special note of the "free excercise" clause. The first amendment reads as follows:
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
